Lovely hotel - the room was large with a very comfy bed, we loved the rooftop pool, and breakfast was nice. The location in Miraflores is great and very safe, close to the seafront and lots of cafes & restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly.

- The 'ding' of the lift, which is very loud even from the rooms further away from the lift doors, and woke me up several mornings at 4am/5am - Breakfast could have a better selection/ range (some mornings the food included was quite odd, like leftover noodles! And there were few options for vegans, with items not marked as vegetarian/allergens)

It’s the perfect location in Miraflores, close to the main sites 100-250metres yet not fully in the thick of it. The room also had a lovely hot tub - a real luxury! The fresh orange juice at breakfast meant the day always started well. Last but not least, the room service was available late at night, which was welcome to us weary (and hungry) after a long 12 hour flight.

The elevators were a little faulty, only one of them was working, and the up button also not. It meant you always had to indicate you were going down. It meant that sometimes you’d call the lift and you’d go down first to pick up others. Obviously not a big deal.

Calm and good location, with nice restaurants near it. Large room, good bed, linen and towels. Cozy hall. Nice stuff. Perfect breakfast in a very nice restaurant. Cozy pool zone. It’s amazing for such a modest price. I have stayed in many hotels in Lima during my 10 visits to it, and I compared to most other options, the quality/price is best here 👌 I’ll be back!

The only little minus for this 4* hotel is that there wasn’t toothpaste and toothbrush, iron. But for the price of $68 per night with breakfast — it doesn’t matter) also, some signs of age on furniture and plumbing — but it’s also not a problem. More than pays for itself with other pluses

This was our last hotel after a full trip around Peru, and we really appreciated the comfort and rest before a long flight home to France. It's a business style hotel, international, in a great location, with a good buffet breakfast, and we got a great price. The young man on reception when we arrived was brilliant, and speaks native level English and very good French as well.

We had a drink in the bar on arrival and were glad of the free welcoming Pisco Sour. The bar is very quiet. We were the only people there and we got the impression we were bothering the barmaid by being there. She had no doubt been having a nice evening to herself before we arrived!

The pool was great and the location was amazing. Nice staff. Clean hotel. And great breakfast.

The wifi didn’t work for 4 days during my stay which was very annoying and caused me to have to pay for more phone data. When asking the staff for recommendations they always recommended the same places so I assume they were incentivized to do so instead of giving true recommendations. And lastly as a 4 star hotel, I expected a bit more for customer service when I called the front desk asking for help but they didn’t offer help and hung up.

The room was very nice, it even had a jacuzzi which was a pleasant surprise for us. The breakfast was good as well. Above all, the staff was amazing, especially the reception. My girlfriend got sick and they arranged a doctor to come into the hotel, without charging additional costs (next to the doctor). I had to print something and the receptionist did it for me. Needed to store my luggage for some hours after check-out, no problem! In general, very helpful and friendly staff. I can only recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Lima!

Unfortunately the pool was closed/ very cold because it was winter season. But the terrace looked very nice!

Perfect location close to everything in Miraflores, very kind and helpful staff, excellent large room, the bathroom had a full on jacuzzi (which I didn't need or use!), the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with a choice of all sorts of pillows, everything very clean and lovely, and the transfer service from the bus station I arrived at worked wonderfully even though my bus was almost 2 hours late (I was able to be in direct contact with the driver the whole time).

no real complaints - just one minor point: when the guests in the room next to mine opened and closed their room door it was rather loud - I actually woke up at 2am thinking someone was walking into my room, which was momentarily disorienting. However, it was only noisy when they were coming or going, for the rest of the time I couldn't hear them at all, - and the extremely comfortable bed and wonderful pillows meant I immediately fell asleep again.

Great location in Miraflores with restaurants, shopping center and beach nearby. Nice breakfast. The pool was also a nice bonus, even though it is a bit small.

They seemed to have problems with the elevators. There are two and the other one was not working during our stay. But that was a small minus. Please also note that if you have a late flight (such as 22.00 or 23.00), make sure to take enough time to go to the airport. For us it took 1 h 45 minutes to get from the hotel to the Lima airport by Uber.

Everything was good, including an excellent breakfast, location and general condition. The staff were also very helpful when I had to arrange for my bag to be delivered as it missed the connection.

No dislikes. Only comments for awareness are 1) It's quite formal so there's not really a tourist atmosphere and any soft comforts., 2) the lifts were loud so they as they woke me up a few times... however, I'd happily stay there again.

Custom omelet station at breakfast, nice assortment of foods at breakfast buffet, excellent beds/linens, rooms were spacious, beautifully clean property, very attentive lovely staff, excellent condition of rooms furnishings, option for 220 V and 110 V electrical sockets, perfect window treatments with room darkening drapes, luggage platform in rooms, gracious valets, felt right at home

The elevators were inoperative on both of my stays, the beginning and end of my trip to Peru
