I had an amazing stay at this small boutique hotel—not once, but twice! The rooms are impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff is truly outstanding—kind, professional, and exceptionally accommodating. They were so helpful when I needed to adjust my dates, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short 3-minute walk from Larcomar, the famous shopping mall perched on the cliffs. This means you're right next to the stunning promenade, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Breakfast exceeded my expectations—far above the Peruvian standard—with delicious options to start the day right. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff adds a cool, friendly vibe to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again!

Comfortable bed, quiet, clean, nice bathroom

King room #204 was different from pictures (it didn't have the alcove showed in the pictures)

The location was hands-down fantastic, with both Larcomar and Kennedy Park easily accessible by walking. There is a bus that goes to the historic center with stops very near-by the hotel. The property is lovely, and the breakfast was good. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, and the room was large with a lot of light. Water pressure and temperature were very good.

The room / bathroom was satisfactory overall, though the layout was strange and there were a lot of steps. We couldn't get our TV to work, but we never bothered to mention it to staff since we had our tablets and spent little time in the room (it could have been that the remote control batteries were dead and we couldn't select the proper setting on the tv itself.)

Amazing location very close to the sea front and the shopping centre, and lots of restaurants and bars. Good breakfast and comfy bed.

Only minor thing - the windows in our room had a few gaps to the outside even when closed, and there was a skylight which also had some gaps so it was quite draughty and loud at times but we wore ear plugs which helped. It might have just been our room with this issue (on the front of the hotel on the top floor) so others are probably better. It wouldn’t put me off staying again, just thought it was worth mentioning!

This is a lovely little hotel, in a quiet residential street in Miraflores. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was good: a small buffet of cold meats and cheese and banana bread (which I hate, but my wife likes it), plus eggs cooked however you want them. The location couldn’t be better for British people like us. The embassy is on the next corner and the statue of Paddington is a short walk away. The Larcomar shopping centre is a couple of minutes walk - this is definitely not your normal shopping centre, it is a spectacular place to visit. There are some good restaurants in walking distance, and the hotel’s map is much better than most.

Really, everything was good. I guess if I was really forced… it’s a long way from the airport and the bus station. But that’s probably a good thing!

The location was excellent as we could walk easily to everything we wanted to see. Also the dinner recommendation was excellent.

There were many steps in our room - down 4 from the door to the bed level and then another small step and also a step down into the bathroom, which was at the level of the entrance door. It could be dangerous for someone getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. We left a light on overnight so we could see these hazards.

The property is in a very nice location and I felt very always very safe. The building is very cute and with character. Staff is kind, breakfast is nice and so is the breakfast room.

My room was quite dark as the only window is facing a small internal courtyard. It was also very humid and smells humidity, that’s why they leave the window open. For my own safety (as I’m a solo traveler and of course do not know the other guests) I did close the window at night and had to sleep with the ventilator switched on. When the day after I came back in the evening after my tours, I found the room with the window wide open, with all my belongings accessible to anyone - i appreciate it was done for the sake of allowing fresh air into the room, but it didn’t feel right to leave all my belongings so accessible.

friendly staff and easy check in; front desk lady acknowledged we had asked for a quiet room during booking; she gave us a quick overview of the neighborhood map and which areas to explore and which to avoid. let us check in early. very nice breakfast and they had a water filter station + tea / hot water available in the lobby which was very convenient. some very good restaurants within walking distance but we had to walk quite a bit for a super market. there is a big mall by the watefront which had a very good store.

The property is very echo'y so you will hear slamming doors and guests coming and going very easily but thankfully it wasn't a problem during early/late hours.

Everything was awesome.Especially all the staff and many thanks to Frescia and ladies. Frescia made a vaccine appointment for me. And her lovely colleague made a phone call for sending my suitcase to fixed. The room was sparkling clean and housekeeping was done every day. Homemade breakfast was tasty and the customers were friendly and easy going. I had a wonderful time here and wish could back again.

I had to move to other place because it’s not available for me to stay longer

A big thanks to Ingrid, Adela, Jessica, and the team at Belma Boutique B&B. I stayed here three times during my trip to Peru and it was fantastic each time. All three rooms I had were comfortable and stylish (it's a 1900s house), breakfasts were excellent, and they really look after you from the start to the end of your stay, including arranging taxis to and from the airport and a complimentary welcome drink at a local cafe (which is excellent!). The location is perfect, close to the coast in Miraflores. I look forward to staying there again if I am lucky enough to return to Lima.
