Hotel is well-located in the center of Miraflores, there are plenty of bars and cafes within walking distance of the hotel. Everyone we met in the hotel were nice and helpful, made our stay effortless.

The breakfast could be better - the food is a bit tasteless and very boring. You can’t have that in Lima. Also, there are virtually no vegan options.

Walking distance to many shops and attractions. Clean. Friendly helpful staff.

If you buy water from the front desk it’s 5 sols, but when the front desk ran out of water, we were told to buy it from the hotel bar and it was 8 sols for the same bottle of water

The property is perfect, clean and comfortable and is in an exceptional location.

The front desk staff made my 13-year-old granddaughter feel very bad because she was black and the mother is white. They wanted proof that she is her daughters, I was explained to them that in the United States if a child has a passport it is because both parents have given consent, but they did not understand, we later went to hotels like the Costa del Sol at Cusco and the Inca by Inkaterra I. Machu Picchu and we didn't have any problems. Just with the passport it was fine. The hotel should teach the staff and above all not make a girl feel bad because of her skin color. this is racism

Unbeatable location a block away from a nice shopping center and a great view of the ocean. There a restaurants in all directions. For a 3 star hotel the room was amazing. A lot of space. The bathroom and shower were huge. The bed was soo comfortable. The breakfast had many options and the staff working it were very kind and attentive. The front desk staff were also great!

Breakfast items are very limited and not tasty

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I appreciated the manager helping me with a booking problem I made. I stayed four days- the room was very quiet, which I asked for, the bathroom had plenty of space for my toiletries. The bed was very comfortable.

These isn’t much not to like, but I never could get the tv to go to any other channel than CNN. I never asked for help either. The hotel doesn’t really have a restaurant and bar. They use their breakfast room and call it a restaurant. It’s a very boring room with no windows. The staff again were nice.

Personally speaking I would have loved to see some type of gluten free bread option for breakfast but that's just me. The coffee was good. The neighborhood felt safe and I loved that it was across the street from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurant option. So many choices.

The TV took forever to figure out. The same remote for the cable box and the tv. One TV got more English language channels than the bedroom one. If not for my husband I would have been very upset. Thank goodness he is such a tech guy:)

This hotel was excellent from every aspect. The hotel staff were amazing & the desk was staffed 24/7 with security outside. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful. My room was kept spotless. The position of the hotel was a few minutes walk from the ocean & a huge shopping complex. It is situated on one of the major roads with access to many eating places, the tourist bureau & money exchange. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay & definitely value for money.

Great location near nice shops/restaurants and walk around parks. Had a partial sea view and bed was very comfortable. Nice to have so much space for such a good price. Good variety at breakfast. Generous amenities. They arranged an airport transfer for me which was very smooth and communication was good.

Felt a little pressured to let staff help me with baggage and then tip, which is not a custom I'm used to. I also didn't really have a small note for a tip as I'd just gotten off the plane. Shower was cold but I'm aware that's a common issue.

The hotel reception spoke both English and Spanish which made it a lot easier to ask questions. They were able to book a taxi for us to and from the airport for a very reasonable price - there were a lot of taxi drivers outside the airport and we have heard of people getting scammed with the price before so this was a safer option. The hotel was very clean and similar to what North American hotels are like. They also offer to pack you breakfast to go if you let them know the night before!
