Very helpful staff, 24hour reception which was important for me as I arrived at 2 am, organised the taxi for me early this morning, super friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was great. The breakfast was nice. The locatiion is good- close to shops and restaurants.

The room’s size was good and seemed very clean (10 points for that). Bed was comfy, AC was working fine. Room service price’s were ok. The rooftop was nice but it could improve its cleanness. Breakfast wasn’t bad, we thought it was buffet but it was ok. Staff was nice though.

Need USB-c chargers inside the room. Also it would be nice to have some kind of streaming option in the tv besides regular cable. The pool was dirty, there was like a plastic thing floating around and many dead insects floating too. A couple left the rooftop just before we arrived and the leftovers were there for a long time, no one picked them up and it was kind of uncomfortable. Also, parking inside the building was quite challenging! But one member of the staff was very nice to help us avoiding scraping our car :)

The rooftop terrace was an enjoyable place to relax, they had a fair equipped gym on the 4th floor and the lobby was nicely decorated with an outside lounge on the ground floor.

The pool is not heated and very cold (I personally enjoyed it) and small so you cannot swim. The breakfast menu was very limited and didn't change much, also one morning about 30-45 minutes before breakfast closing there was no hot food left.

As one would imagine from a branded chain everything was very well done. No issues with room, parking, breakfast and as is almost universally the case it would seem in South America the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We would also like to say that the restaurant was very good too.

Everything was good - no complaints whatsoever. I can't even think of anything that would class as room for improvement - everything was very well sorted

The staff were very helpful guiding me to all the local amenities! 24 hour reception was a blessing as I arrived at 2 am. Comfortable bed good shower and an okay buffet breakfast. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

security on elevators should only allow key access to your floor and my bedroom has a balcony door but no window to open or see out.

Staff were all super helpful and attentive, lovely clean rooms with everything you’d need!

Location probably not the best if you’re here to sight see

Nice place,the airport isn’t far away from the location and the civic center.but you can get any Inca souvenirs in the market Inka artesanías at 10 minutes by car.
