front desk was good with english and helpful. we only stayed for a quick night since our flight got cancelled. the room and bathroom was very spacious, although it felt a little oversized because lack of interior design. however, overall it was okay for a quick stay for the night.

the hotel itself is beautiful as seen in the picture, however, when you look closely, it is an old rundown hotel. still good, but very old. a lot of damaged wallpapers, cables going through holes, and sketchy carpets. the TV placement was a little awkward.

The location of this hotel was great. Close to el Bosque del Oliver, it Brough a lot of good, old memories. Close to many restaurants, bars, cafés and the commercial area of the San Isidro district. About walking distance to the border with Miraflores district (for someone used to walk). The best part of my stay was the hotel staff: all of them were incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. We had some issues with the bedroom that was offered to us at the beginning and after a staff member checked the room a cleaner, and nicer room was offered to us for the same price. I fully enjoyed the fact we had a small kitchenet (in both rooms (with some complementary coffee), and bottled water in the small living room which was a fully appreciated surprise. :) Breakfast was simple but very tasty. Air conditioner was a great addition in the room considering the this Lima winter season has been unseasonably warm. Best part was to have a big window to full view to the front of the hotel. I found the lobby appealing because it was filled with very old Peruvian books which any bookworm who understands Spanish (and Peruvian history) would appreciate. Flavoured water was always available for take at the lobby, too.

The "Suites del Bosque hotel" is currently closed. Unfortunately we found out at the spot when I couldn't open the door of the hotel. The Raddisson hotel, on the other side of the street is the hotel that's taking all the guests booked at the Suites del Bosque. I wish it would had been announced before to me so my sister wouldn't had to fight the "infamous" Lima traffic to get to the other side of the hotel. The only thing posted at the time I made the reservation was that breakfast was held at the Radisson. As for the underground garage at the hotel: it was kind of dark which gave a little of a macabre atmosphere, especially if someone parked at the hotel in the evening.

Excellent Hotel and the service there is world-class. I think I will book again here. I really recommend it.

Look, I think the exchange rate is excessive. Exchange between Peruvian Sol and Dolar is 3.79 - 3.81 max. They use a rate of 4 !, If you want to make the payment in Soles for various nights the exchange rate is to high. Also, I do not know why they charge 10% of service, and I do not understand why it is not included in the final price they show in Booking. Despite that, I think it is a really good hotel. I love it.

We reserved Suites del Bosque based on location in San Isidro and their pet friendly policy. The hotel is located next to Olivar Park and within walking distance to supermarkets. Our executive suite was clean and spacious, and the staff were receptive. This was an overall great value hotel.

The rooms are not soundproof from noise between rooms and outside noise from the streets.

Spacious room with the nice view of the city. Very close to the city park and the best shopping and dining area at San Isidro. It is also convenient from Metro line to go to the center of Lima city. The Station is 8-10 min on foot.

There is no more shuttle bus from the Airport to San Isidro area, you should take a taxi anyway. Booking.com sometimes offer a cheaper transfer service than the public service.

The location was excellent, although a little distant from the meeting venue that I was attending. Staff at the reception were exceptional, and very helpful as my Spanish is essentially non-existent.

They were remodeling so they sent me to another hotel right in front of the other one. The thing I did not like it that I was not informed! I had to call in order to know this information.

Great location near coffee shops and restaurants. Safe to walk at night too. Our room faced the park so it was quiet, otherwise it would be very loud.
