It's in a really good location if you want to be close to the historic centre whilst not being too close so it's not as noisy. The room was great and clean. We arrived at 8am and they allowed us to check into our room at that time which was amazing and really appreciated! We used room service for our food and that was great and reasonably priced.

They were doing some renovation/construction work at the hotel which started quite early in the morning (around 8am). During the night I could hear doors being slammed which was a bit distracting. Our room faced the road so whilst it's not as noisy as it could've been if the hotel was even more central, because the windows are single glazed the noise does get through. Fortunately though it wasn't too bad and I was already awake by the time I could hear the cars and their beeping horns.

Great location for my interest however, this neighbor is practically in downtown so, it is not very safe. I would recommend to stay here if your interest is nearby.

Decent hotel in quite good location. Nothing fancy though- the room looked rather old, but was clean. There was hot water all the time without any problems. We got checked in before the planned time what was very kind.

The room's interior looked old and by the pictures of common area I was expecting the hotel to be modern.

Non smoking rooms and the hotel do not use "ambientador" - the spray some hotels use after cleaning, that have a strong smell causing respiratory problems for allergic persons. There where no smell at all in the room or the hotel. Excellent!

They missed to clean the room - but that might have been an misunderstanding - and it did not matter as we only stayed 2 nights.

A few of front desk staff did not speak any English BUT the Mgr was always available to help & he was GREAT!! He went out of his way to answer my questions & meet my needs.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The reception staff and housekeeping were always available to assist with any service or questions I needed.

The small mirror in the bathroom broke off the handle. Applying my makeup would have been better with the small mirror. Other than that everything else was great!

De bedroom is very big and comfortable. The room is big enough e had all we needed.

The shower could be better and the bathroom should have a glass box

Great place to stay, good value for money, the hotel staff was nice and friendly, and breakfast was good.
