Excellent breakfast in the morning! Enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to everything you need in Barranco. My room was street facing so a little noisy in the morning but not bad.

Was booked in a 3 bed room as a solo traveler and left with a note that I couldn't touch the other beds or I would be charged. This makes sense in theory, but felt a little silly as a rule. The front desk person also double checked the room when I was checking out to make sure I didn't use the beds (I hadn't) before I was able to leave.

The hotel is situated within short walking distance from the bars and restaurants in vibrant Barranco. My room did not have its own bathrooom, but the shared bathtroom was spacious, modern and always clean. The room was big, very high ceiling. Breakfast was good, if not fantastic (you pay extra for breakfast). It's at Barranco's main street, so some traffic noise, but not in my room, which did not face the street. The people were nice and helpful. It's hard to beat for its price.

Room 206, very nice quiet spacious room, firm matress, kind staff. I did not go for breakfast in the attached cafe so i cannot judge that one. Location is nice, near beach, art quarter and healthy restaurants.

That my payment was not possible thru booking.com. Very strange . I tried many times, but booking reported all the time that my debit card was i valid, i had been using my card multiple times successfully. 😉

Very clean! Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was always delicious. Beds were comfortable and the room we had was perfect. But let me make this clear, although it says boutique, hotel, or suites, this is a hostel. That needs to be clarified. But it was not what I expected at all from a hostel. I’d stay here again.

The first room we had faced the street, and all glass windows. It was VERY noisy all night. BUT the front desk was able to get us the perfect room.

We LOVEd the room, it was so large, high ceilings so great for sleeping without feeling hot (and Lima was VERY VERY HOT these days), nice amazingly comfortable beds, clean sheets, nice night lamps, everything perfect :) he shared bathroom were very clean and next to our room (felt like having private bathroom). Our daughter loved the "TEA SPOT" where she could have a tea anytime she wanted. And choose and make it alone :) Also the terrace with nice view of he street...another "living room style" spot to jus relax and read....btw. many itneresting books about PERU...and nice decorations...all really done with so much style (me and my husband are artists so we really appreciate beauty). And amazing breakfast...fruit salat with strawberries, blueberries, papaya, apple, grapes, bananas, pineapple...fresh OJ, nice hot chocolate, tasty toast, REAL butter (not margarine), fresh baguette, omelet, and smiles from the people serving the food. The personal is super sweet, helpful and takes such a good care of their amazing house. Thank you so much for your care. We will be back.

I didnt like that we were so full after the breakfast we had no space to try the amazing looking TIRAMISU and than when we were leaving forgot to have a piece...next time I will have it for breakfast <3

Staff very warm and inviting. Hotel building over 200 years old but remodeled with new bathrooms, etc. 20' high ceilings, old windows, tiled or marble floors, very charming. Good fresh breakfast, good hot water, plants and flowers, interesting old photos on some walls. Great location in the heart of Barranco. We booked for one night but staying longer as we like it here!

The hotel is very charming. Well located in Barranco. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant seemed very popular as lots of yummy options unfortunately we didnt get a chance to try as they closed the restaurant just as we finished checking in. The beds were comfortable and clean.

It's very very noisy. The windows are thin and you can hear everything that goes on outside. As it's in a main Avenue, the traffic is heavy all throughout the evening. We also had issues with the shower as we didnt have hot water and had to have someone come up to check on it. The breakfast could also use more variety. As we were checking out, the receptionist checked our rooms and complained about a dirty towel which felt strange as it is a towel after all and it can be washed. Would not stay there again.

Great Barranco location in a beautifully restored house with comfy beds, sheets and towels. Staff were super friendly, nice included breakfast and lots of places to sit. Be sure to check out the indoor 2nd floor living room, and the covered balcony overlooking the street. Highly recommend and would easily return.

This is an Art Deco period building with many original features. The owners have added many finer touches, plants, sitting rooms, lovely little cafe. The room smelt lovely when we arrived. It has an elegant feel and really is a lovely place to stay. It's a short walk to the ocean and various cafes and bars.

Nothing at all

Huge room with high ceilings, made our stay feel palatial. The attentiveness of staff added to this feeling. Daily free coffee/tea available was a nice touch. Various balcony areas were enjoyable. Highly recommend.

No early check-in, even for a fee.
