Amazing accommodation! Very well located in the center of Barranco near all attractions and nightlife. Apartment is surprisingly quiet and very well distributed with all the essentials for short stays. It is very comfortable, clean and secure. This are rental units so the only direct interaction was made with security and cleaning personnel; everything else is handled using text messaging.

The reservation process is not immediate and requires a series of steps, but it is acceptable. I will advise you to reserve at least the day before.

Location is great, only one block away from Barranco's Municipal Park and, therefore, most attractions, including bars and restaurants. This is a small studio located in the same building where a popular bar operates so the entrance can get crowded during busy hours. It has the basics, including a small kitchen, heater, and AC, as well as a strong internet signal. Comfortable bed and black out panels for the window. Elevator available. Public transport stops right at the entrance of you need it; the building has parking.

The window faces a very busy street and it can get loud even with the window closed. The shower doors allow water to leak out so it may get messy. I still think these are minor problems considering what you get and the value.

The location is great. Very easy to check in and out. Great space for a couple.

Needed it more supplies like (toilet paper and trash bags) for extended stay. Didn't have a broom and dustpan or vacuum to clean the sand after a beach day. There is not a coffee maker to brew coffee. The shower glass door or division is to short and the water always get out of the shower making wet the floor.

Excellent. The location is prime and the apartment has everything you need to cover the basics. Comfortable bed, spacious and with a living room perfect to chill or work. Many restaurants and bars as well as more famous attractions of Barranco are nearby. Definitely will stay here again.

Very poor customer service, they won't reply you so don't bother contacting but they will spam you with automated text. There was a power outage for one whole day and resulted in a waste of food but I didn't get compensated.

All in all the property was lovely to stay at once I got past the obstacles.

The check in process was a little tedious, being asked a number of times for the same details and had to follow up to get the codes and instructions. On arrival I was told there was no wifi in my room despite there being a wifi box and it listed on my booking, they gave access in the end but i had to push. The kettle was also broken and the heater on the air conditioner did not work to warm up at night in chilly Lima.

Unfortunate was a lots of noise were we couldn't sleep 😕 One other thing didn't have a code to the apartment hallway, the personal at the entrance was a big help I have to say there is a big gap in bath sink not falling but keep and eye to it

Location in terms of amenities and access to what Barranco has to offer. The room was well equipped, with a functioning kitchen, a clean toilet and a comfy bed. The staff at reception was kind and helpful.

The room was not soundproofed, and the area is quite noisy during the night (pubs and discos around), making it hard to sleep. The management team had not processed properly my request, and hence we were delayed on our entry.
