What I liked the most was the attentive and friendly service of the hotel staff. The rooms were spacious, had air conditioning, very necessary in places like Piura. The bed was clean and very well presented. The bathroom was also clean, and I must highlight the shampoo and bath soap with a pleasant aroma. The hotel is very well located near the centre of Piura.

I was in room 305, on the third floor and then room 101 on the first floor, and I must say that the biggest problem during my stay was the poor WiFi signal. In the case of the third floor, the manager solved the problem by giving me access to the 5GHz band, but on the first floor neither the 5GHz nor the 2GHz band worked well, and to make matters worse, neither the data signal from my mobile phone came through.

The decor was amazing, the location was only one block from La Plaza de Armas, there was plenty of hot water, and the staff were ready to help with any questions or requests. There was air conditioning it was reliable. I arrived early and there was a business centre I could work in until my room was ready.

Check-in is quite late at 3pm, the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the staff tried to put me in the wrong room at first (but put me in the correct room after I brought it to their attention). There was no coffee maker in my room.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Piura. I truly can't say enough about the staff and how friendly and accommodating they are, it was a huge help for me during a very long trip. Very clean facilities all around. The rooftop bar is terrific, the menu and food are great, as well as the cocktails. Mini split in every room, which you really need when it only gets down to 80 as a low at night. I cannot recommend Rua Hotel anymore highly! Thank you so much!

It's small so there is not many rooms, book early if possible. Also for some reason the one of the lights in my room as dimly lit even when off, but it wasn't enough to bother me at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the place was spotless. It is close to the Main Square.

The first floor was too noisy in the first night and I asked for changing rooms. Otherwise, it was fine

I was pleasantly surprised. This facility is better inside than out. My room rivaled many more expensive hotels I've stayed at in Peru for the past 130 days of travel. Excellent price to value ratio.

It is a perfect hotel to stay for business. It is well located and very clean. The personnal is very kind and the instalations are very good for the price you pay

Very nice hotel, clean and with good facilities and friendly staff.

A little minus with the terrace that was not open because of an event that day. And the taxi fare which should have been explained prior by the reception when I asked how much they would charge to the airport. Best to call your own taxi as mine charged double.

Sooo comfortable beds, great shower, good breakfast , excellent location, secure moto parking
