Huge property with iconic architecture. Decor was wonderful— large mural paintings and sculptures. At the entrance of the property, you see the Arc that reminds you of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, then on one side of the property, there is a structure looking like the Trevi Fountain in Rome. There’s a nice pool and gym. The suites are bungalow type and stand alone. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

There is no room for a twin share. All beds are queen-sized. So if you are sharing with a friend or a sibling, you will have to share one bed — not the best arrangement.

Loved the location and the facilities. The villa I stayed in was luxurious and high tech. It had a smart Japanese toilet and had Alexa. There was also a small glass partition on the floor that allowed me to see the fishpond underneath the villa. The surroundings were very fragrant because of the flowers and fruit-bearing trees around the villas. The resort's location was perfect as well. I could see the mountains and farm lands around the resort. But one of the things I loved about my stay were the staff who assisted me. Everyone was just so accommodating even the general manager of the resort. The general manager even volunteered to help get me to the pickup point for my transportation going back to Manila. And it was a one-hour drive! The reception staff were especially accommodating. They made sure that I got my meals and all I needed during my stay. They even insisted on making sure to call me to remind me to order food for dinner. When they found out I was staying there for a belated birthday celebration, they even gave me silk flowers and a greeting card. They just spoiled me to no end!

We were greeted by the famous arc in their resort. It looks so magnificent. We immediately knew we were in for a good treat when we saw that! The facilities are well maintained. The staff is respectful and courteous. We had an awesome experience in the resort. I would love to come back soon!

Everything was great. The only thing we didn't like was the weather because it was raining hard during our stay in the resort. Not to mention our son was sick so we didn't get the chance to enjoy the resort fully.

Entrance to the Resort is Mediterranean inspired with grand Arch entrances and statues. We upgraded to a private Villa. The amenities provided, the Villa environment and staff were impeccable. We were greeted and welcomed personally as we entered the Villa by the General Manager along with other staff and the assigned personal Butler that is inclusive with the upgraded private Villa. The private Villa is intricately Bali inspired design and is secluded in a very quiet lush, green and serene environment. There is a private outdoor Jacuzzi solely for each private Villa. Meals were healthy with optional local fares, nicely prepared and brought to our Villa. Most of the staff and general Manager came to our Villa on two separate occasions to surprised us with sumptuous cakes to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary and my birthday. Our personal Butler, Frederick (Ogie) Bonete was stellar with his delivery of everything we needed. He also gave us a tour of the entire resort grounds. All of them were amazing during our stay on June 24-25, 2023.

Nothing to mention.

The aesthetic design of the resort is instagrammable, the staffs are warm, polite and approachable. The beds and pillows made our sleep comfortable. If you want nature the resort has a lot to offer.

It would be best if they offer a buffet breakfast😊

We were treated like royalty. The place is amazing. The cottage is a work of art. The craftsmanship of the wood carvings were intricate. Words cannot express how amazing this place it. One has to see it and experience it. I love the countryside feel of the surrounding and the Bali inspired cottages

Restaurant should be more organized, as most dishes were not available. But available one were delicious.

I love the ambience and the staff. They are very hospitable and amiable. Special mention also to the GM who was cheerful and savvy in the field of hospitality.

To anyone who works in the hospitality industry, they must visit this hotel and learn from everyone in here. we were not disappointed in anything during our short stay, except that we didn't extend our stay
