The whole place is majestic full of filipino traditions! Each corner is picturesque, all the staff are kind,helpful, and attentive. Food was nice but a bit expensive. I love the way theres a taho and ice cream vendor inside the property this made my stay even better! I love taho!!
Maintenance of the whole place/rooms need a bit of attention. But other than that it was a great stay in Las Casas

We arrived early and were allowed to check in immediately. The room was cold and clean. There were 3 different restaurants to choose from. Each had performers at night.
The bikes and golf carts were no longer available for rental, the shops were closed, and the pool was a bit green. The other restaurants weren’t open for breakfast so we had no choice but to eat the buffet breakfast that was included in our booking. I’m not complaning, though. Hotel de Oriente was crowded; I would’ve preferred to eat somewhere else. Even then, we still had a great time and will definitely be back.

After the Check-In when they will take us from the parking area to out room. We waited for 30 minutes in a dusty area with our seniors and PWD. We waited for the full shuttle bus that they could not accommodate us. in the end they will allow our own car to take us to our rooms. One more, we waited again for another one hour for one, they did not give us that room which was already available when we arrived.

During our stay, the staff had been very accommodating to all our requests. We encountered problem with our keycard so we need to call on them several times and they had been very helpful. We brought our dogs with us and our room was perfect for it. It was the best place to go to after lockdown has been lifted.
After our stay, I called up to inquire about an item that we loss and the person who answered our call kept on insisting that they would call back. They never did. When I called again, same excuse was given.

Breakfast is excellent. Nice ambience and surrounding. Good beach for swimming with kids. Best for relaxation. Good photo memories to remember.

The property was nice. Instagramable and houses really look old and nice. Breakfast buffet was nice.
The rooms were dusty. Food was too pricey. Dinner food takes an hour before it arrived and doesn’t taste that good.
