The staff were so warm, welcoming, friendly and would do their very best to help you in any way possible. We stayed in Villa Blue A which contained one double bed and 4 trundle beds which easily accommodated our large group of 7 Adults and one child very well. The villa also had two showers and two toilets making it very comfortable for our group. Every aspect of the room, from the floor, bathrooms, toilets and beds/linen were incredibly clean! I loved the amazing balcony and the view. They provided clothes drying rack and had wardrobes. There was also a kitchen and dining room which made it easy for us to dine in. There are ceiling fans and also an air conditioner which worked quietly. The property’s gardens, bbq areas and has many pavilions where functions can be held and is well maintained! Next to Sinagtala Adventure Park. There is a lovely infinity pool, cafe/restaurant and many areas to enjoy the view and of course many different types of ‘Duyans’ for every guest.

No microwave.

The staff were helpful. The room was spacious, there was more than enough space for us. There was a fridge inside the room for storing extra food. The shower was clean and the water pressure was good. The place is in the mountain so the air was crisp and very relaxing.

You couldn't get food after 8pm. The restaurant closes at around 7pm-ish. The nearby cafe closes at 8pm. You will need to go out to buy food after that and this place is 9km away from the main highway, where there's only a 7/11.

The staff and the management is very warm and inviting. Very clean, very well kept. We highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy and relax (9pm is start of quiet time). The customer service here is above and beyond. They will accomodate your requests and wont charge you for extras! They also gave use farewell ice creams. Safe to say that we really enjoyed our stay here at duyan. Will surely come back to duyan!

We love the location It was beautiful,peaceful and quiet.The facilities are modern.We have problem though with our bedroom door as it was diffficult to lock but we worked out how in the end.Breakfast are poor.We virtually have just 2 toast,very small portion of scramble egg,1 banana.My husband have a bit of bacon on the side.They have good value dinner and it taste good.One order could feed 2 to 3 people.Our room was big and spacious,modern and clean.Staff helpful and accommodating.Plenty to do but you have to pay extra for adventure.Beautiful setting up the mountain.We enjoyed our stay.

I like that the property is located in a mountain side, which has a nice view. In addition, the whole Sinagtala property is kind of one stop shop for adventure, relaxation with a scenic view.

I thought we were getting the one of the "Duyan House", but maybe we paid a little bit less for that. and got the apartment type room. The water heater didn't work in our last day for some reason.

On this vacation I’d been to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, before coming to The Duyan House at Singatala, I must say that the service, exceptional, the location simply beautiful, rooms well kept and the grounds simply gorgeous. The staff were incredible. I eat at the restaurant, I went to the adventure park, I used the laundry facilities, I used the guides and the masseuse, I worked with the front desk to book trips outside of the resort and for each of these the staff were patient, accommodating and resourceful. Yes the resort has beautiful scenic views and the grounds as are well cared for and yes the room was comfortable with its private balcony and yes the Duyan house is ideal for solo travellers, families and those seeking romance or just some R&R. However, the greatest assets are the staff location and the owners and managers.. This was much more than value for money. I will be back.

Picture taking too expensive and does not allow to buy softcopy making those good memories gone. If only they could sell digital copy, which could help even more marketing of the sinagtala place, but they would sell very expensive for one copy only, which is even more expensive than those rides in bundle. This will be the one i can share to improve further on that place others are considerable price

It's been my 5th time booking with Sinagtala and they never fail to amaze me. There are so many activities to choose from and ofcourse the view and place is relaxing and serene. All their staff are courteous and all smiles and they never fail to help you. Food on their restaurant is so good and worth the price. Will recommend this resort with friends and family. Kudos to their management for always making our stay fun and memorable.

Water on the mountain view room we stayed is weak and my mom was locked inside of the container room due to door malfunction...

The staff were very accommodating on what we needed for a last minute getaway. Despite small issues, it really didn't bother us at all as they were very helpful anyways. However for the sake of improvement, I would highly recommend, have your staff explain the functionality of the appliances inside the room and have at least a handy cheat book especially reception is not 24/7. Food is great and facilities is fab. We went around the whole complex and by far its the accommodation I loved the sunrise and sunset view most - the best of both coz why not. Everything is clean and well looked after. I would really like to extend my gratitude to all the staff who looked after my family for that last getaway before we all head back overseas. It has been really a wonderful experience. :)

Great location with spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities and views excellent. Also very good grounds and spaces

The WiFi was very weak and often not strong enough to actually do anything. There was a 45 minute wait time between ordering a meal and getting it but they did warn you of that in advance. Then despite the meals being freshly cooked they contained no vegetables!
