I liked the soft pillows, spacious rooms, the good location, the ice and water dispenser at the end of the corridor. Also, the good breakfast choices and the lights in the bathroom which had a motion sensor.

There was a cockroach in our room and the fact that the plants in the balcony and near the pool were all dead.

The rooms are big, there was clean drinking water and ice at the end of the corridor. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. I liked that the lights in the bathroom had motion sensors that would turn on the lights when guests come in and would turn off after a while.

We couldn't go out to the balcony because it wasn't clean and the plants there were dead. There was also a cockroach in the room but overall the room was quite clean.

Obviously, a great manager here who knows how to run a hotel! The staff let us check in early and were so very kind and professional with sincere, nice smiles! Excellent breakfast with "real" coffee, not instant coffee like many hotels do here in the Philippines. Had in-room security safe included. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Stayed here 3 days and everything exceeded my expectations! Wonderful large room, so clean and comfy bed with lots of soft pillows. Nice balcony to stand outside and look at the mountains. The air conditioner worked to keep the room cool. Large clean bathroom with a nice, big tub. Great shower with hot water and strong water flow! Felt so welcome and appreciated here. The room was cleaned and replenished with amenities every day by very energetic, hard-working housekeeping gentlemen. Many hotels won't clean the room if staying multiple days, but here at Le Charme Suites, they give you their very best! I rarely rate hotels as good as this and would not say all this if it wasn't true. Definitely awesome value here and will come back next trip to Olongapo!

Better view maybe and the elevator is a little slow, but not all the time.

I like that they have all the facilities for kids and adults to enjoy. We're cyclists and it's a plus that the elevator is spacious and big enough to accommodate 3-4 bikes at a time. The rooms also had bike racks and you have enough space to move even with bikes in the room.

The air-conditioning could be better. There are times where it would not be as cold as we would have wanted and you can't change the temperature via the control box.

The Hotel is extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and very accommodating to requests. The buffet breakfast is good and plenty of food to choose from. The location is in the middle of shopping. Starbucks within 2 min walking from the front door.

The beds are a little hard, other than that no complaints.

The location is good, surrounded by trees and forest. It's cozy. The interior was spacious enough. We boarded the third floor, the common area had a playplace which my kids really loved. The staff are cordial and sweet, they even lent my toddler a rechargeable toy car for his enjoyment. The staff are also mindful of the guest needs. The breakfast is good, my Mom said so. Also it could be a lot better by adding more options like pasta, pancakes, pastries, more fruits, fruit juice. The breakfast area is good too, very relaxing. Too bad I wasnt able to experience the upper deck pool and spa, lack of time. They also provided discounts for Zoobic Safari for adults, you just need to check with the reception for endorsement. Considering to book this property again in the next few months.

Had to pay extra for towels. For other hotels, this is free of charge. Also, there is no toothpaste. They probably forgot to include that in the welcome packet. No problem with no toothpaste it's just that this is already a standard in all hotels to have toothpaste in the guest packets. I had to pay extra for my mom, not sure why and this wasnt upfront in the booking. I believed when I booked I'm paying exactly for 5 people but yeah, had to pay that extra head upon arrival at the hotel. The room we booked was already very spacious and enough for a family of 5, so I think the extra head charge was unnecessary.

Good location on the fringe of town with shops nearby. Rooftop pool was refreshing with a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with a decent buffet. Room was a nice size, The shower is huge with great water pressure and quick hot water, goes in my top 10 for bathrooms. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

The place could do with some new wallpaper here and there and could do with a thorough clean, its not filthy but needs a good scrub here and there but overall was pretty clean. Air con was a bit noisy, sounded like a jet engine in the background. Its only a couple of minor things but if these were rectified it would definitely be a 5 star instead of 4

Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast very good with good choices and nice location. We enjoyed the swimming pool located on roof. Parking available, big and nice smelling rooms. Room was cleaned every day. Location is in quiet area far from the crowds. We also tried the Tappaniaky restaurant. Amazing!

Great staff in a convenient location with very nice and spacious rooms. Even the gym had quality equipment. The location is conducive to walking to shopping as well as quick access to restaurants.

N/A - the options for the breakfast buffet could have been a little bit more elaborate to compliment the aviance of the environment. - though I appreciate that was construction going on at the hotel, TRY NOT to start work at 8:00 a.m. in the morning.
