The staff were amazing and kind, the food was delicious and the customer service was top tier! The room itself was well maintained, cleaned everyday, and the sheets were replaced regularly. You won’t have to worry about finding a laundromat to clean your clothes as they provide services to wash and dry them for you for a good price. 😁😁 (ps: the hallway to the rooms smell amazing)

The location is perfect, next to ATMs, restaurants, sport room and the city center. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast included had a large selection of local dishes, and I was satisfied with what I ordered.

There is not much I didn't like. Although the model of AC installed in our room was a bit noisy, but it's fine really. The location of the power socket in the room didn't make much sense, so I couldn't charge my phone near my bed, but it's still not a big deal.

The very helpful restaurant staff. The comfortable bed and large room. The lovely bathroom.

The time it took to check out. The front desk staff was trying to manage a phone call during my check out, and checking out took much longer as a result. A driver was already waiting for me. Breakfast was nice enough, but a choice of fruit would have been nice since local fruit is readily available, especially in Bataan.

Water could have been hotter.

Location is perfect. Near the City Hall, Church, SM Balanga and restaurants abound near it. Though you don't need to go to those restos as the hotel serves good food.

Needs more space for parking.

I like that the bed is very comfortable and clean. The staffs are very friendly and they always give two breakfast coupons so I always have the other one taken out as packed lunch 😊

The air conditioning system is a little noisy

The exterior part of the building does not boast a beautiful place to stay in, but surprisingly, the inside look of the hotel gives a quaint vibe with modern amenities.

I did not have a bad experience, so none.

The staff were excellent and the rooms were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and also appreciated the laundry service.

Aside from the great staff that greeted me upon arrival (Ella), at the front desk. Outside the hotel across the street you have multiple places to choose from to go to. The Beanery, Chow King, Fortune Chinese restaurant, and Starbucks. Need to exchange $, there is a BDO bank close to the hotel just outside to the left. Need a massage, workout or manicure? There are places to go to as well right across the street.

Good location. Delicious breakfast for four days stay. Clean towels and sheets. Big room. We really enjoy our stay. Value for money.
