The owner were very friendly, accommodating and provided everything that we needed. The room was also very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and hoping to be served by the italian owner again.

The staff turned all of the lights off even though they can see that we were still outside the terrace (we would’ve appropriated if atleast one light was left on). Also, we booked a second room (barcelona) but no amenities were provided unlike with the first room. Otherwise all is good.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a small kitchen with all the necessary items for cooking and dining. The shower was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Parking situation is quite a hassle if there are a lot of guests. I had to go out of the room multiple times to move my car. The A/C also malfunctioned in the last night of our stay. Woke up sweating because the A/C would turn off automatically every 30 minutes despite not being in a timer. We informed the staff about it and they said they will check it for future guests.

The property is just right at the heart of the city. They themed their rooms with all the favorite tourist destination countries, which is a creative plus. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. It’s complete with chinaware and cutlery. Mr. Manolito, the owner was very helpful and accommodating. He even suggested the best restaurants to try out around the vicinity. Our family had a great stay!

Avoid the rooms facing the street, since it’s in the city center, you may hear vehicles at night.

Simon and Lito, was friendly and accommodating. Place was clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, mini kitchen was equipped with basic needs including microwave and fridge and water dispenser. Price is affordable. Plus the staff are cheerful and friendly. Highly Recommended Thanks for making our stay comfortable in our times of sadness. You were very helpful and kind. Cleanliness, amenities, staff

There is no light on the signage condotel during the night. I can’t see the hotel name when it’s dark. Twice we passed at the hotel as we can’t see the name and the hotel is dark during the night, although when you walk through it will lit the hall way automatically.Other than that everything is perfect.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room had a Boracay theme. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The inconsiderate guests beside us who were too loud from night till early morning. Yes the room had thin walls. I just hope there was a curfew for guests who would party at night till a certain time.

My package does not come with breakfast, however, the provided me with a traditional Filipino breakfast of rice and chicken fry. I did not have the chance to explore the hotel's location extensively, however, you have the option to order food using the Food Panda app. Mr.Simon and his team was very friendly. if you get bored, just come down and in lobby you can do chit chat with them.

Everything, bed is soo comfy, staf is great, they do laundry service. All and all a great place to stay, clean and fresh. Highly recommended. The owner is very approachable. Thank you ❤️

The condo was clean and the surroundings were so calm peaceful and beautiful. The staff was efficient and very friendly and accommodating.
