The hotel is near to major city stablishement such as malls, f&b, bus terminal and etc

Since the hotel was undergoing some minor renovations during our stay, I would like to suggest placing a poster indicating that the paint is wet. As my son walked by, he accidentally came into contact with the wet paint on the wall, resulting in a stain on his jacket.

good breakfast , top location opposite the SM Shopping Centre . Great staff managed by Jimmy were always respectful to the guests .. it was a pleasure staying at Amalfi718 .

A clean and tidy premise with helpful staff that provided a convenient location to stay when visiting Lipa for an event.

The buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection but was generally rather bland. May be better to simplify and provide a small selection of set breakfasts.

We stayed there for only a night. The staffs are very friendly specially mycah who works at the front desk. The hotel is fine near at SM LIPA, we stayed at room 208 and its big enough for 2 pax. The bathroom is smaller than I expected but I think its resonable. Breakfast is already included in the reservation so we had a chance to have a it on the next day. Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel.

Staffs are very accommodating and very near to mall and other important places

Blanket so thin it's same like the bed cover which makes us sleep very uncomfortable I hope they will change it and put a better blanket for the future customers...

It was near the office and in front of the bus station

The pillows could be better but a minor concern. Would be nice to have other toiletries available

The staff was great and very accommodating and the breakfast was good ! The rooms are very very basic but I have to say the bed is the worst I’ve even slept on but it’s okay for a basic accommodations.

Friendly and helpful staff (service with a smile). Excellent location (just across SM Lipa) and accessible to public transportation.

Could do with thicker blanket and bedsheets.

Staff are exceptional, location is peaceful especially for the area, bed is very comfortable

I think the deluxe room might be the same as the more expensive suite which we booked. Breakfast was pretty average.

Great place, staff is accommodating & super friendly, reasonable price, and nice facilities. This is my 2nd stay in this hotel in a span of leas than a month from my previous stay and will definitely stay here again whenever I need to be in Lipa.
