Location is very strategic and right at the heart of everything. Greenery adds refreshing atmosphere. Cafe and Restaurant is a plus in the property. Good food and their Coconut creamy Latte is outstanding! Really one of a kind. Staffs were amazing - from the Guards , Office , Cafe and Restaurant. I really like that they have added the room air purifier/ dehumidifier.

Breakfast was really good. The Casa is also a big place. They have two pools, a nice big garden and patios. The place overall is very nice and refreshing. A little more pricey than other hotels in the area in Booking.com but the variety of amenities and comfort is worth it. They also have water heater for the shower and bidet

Everything is good. My review is longer on Tripadvisor. It's a nice place to unwind. Food and drinks are yummy. The staff are very courteous and attentive to detail. The place is quaint rustic and beautiful. The bedrooms have ample space and extra beds for relaxing or reading. A quiet place to unwind. The swimming pool is open and the check in time starts early.

I waited for the check out, there was no one at the front desk for awhile. They did provide mobile contact details but I did advise on check in my early check out. It was fast though as soon as the clerk got in. So, no real problem.

The greenery, location is close to the grocery shops and town itself. The food is good but would like the breakfast to be served hot and not warm. Staff really take turns to carry heavy suitcases, not an easy job on those steps.

Sagada-like homestay and environment. Pine trees everywhere. 🤎 Staff are accommodating, friendly and all gorgeous, especially Ms. Keit and her front desk team. Bathroom has water heater which was very much needed because of the cold climate in San Pablo during December month. And surprisingly, bathroom is spacious enough for our accommodation of 2persons.

Our 2nd pizza order took more than an hour. I hope they could update customers on the remaining time (estimate at least) on when an order can be expected. We ended up taking out our order because we're already sleepy having waited for more than an hour. Maybe service is faster on regular days.

Arrived quite late in the night but just on time before front desk closed. Room was simple but had everything we needed, it was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the quiet and beautiful scenery by the morning accompanied by complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed before leaving.

staff has to coordinate better - i was accommodated a late check out and the other staff was not aware and caused confusion. food was quite overpriced, especially the cakes (3k for a whole queso de bola, we bought as a gift).

It gave me the vibe how it was in the 90’s going to my grandparents house and it was very clean. All the staff was accommodating from beginning to end. Me and my cousin enjoyed so much especially by the pool area.

Very nice, rustic place. The room & linens all smelled nice & clean. The water in the bathroom started to slow down to a trickle early in the morning but it was so easy to call the staff & they had everything fixed within the next hour.

The management should coordinate with their assigned staff for Booking.com & with their hotel reservations. I had already indicated my time of arrival in the booking process & made a deposit which was quickly acknowledged right after. Two days later I was emailed that I needed to make a deposit or else my reservation would be cancelled, this was clarified after I emailed them. A few days before arrival I got an email asking for my ETA which I quickly answered. A day before arrival I got an SMS again asking for my ETA which was quite irritating already. It's a good thing the place itself was so nice & the staff there were accommodating which made up for the whole communication thing.
