Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Nice activities: yoga and spa.

We had problems getting into the resort on arrival, where we had to wait over a quarter of an hour at the gate in our car discussing with the guard and the staff in the reception over a bad walkie-talkie before we were even allowed up to the reception to check in. When we initially complained that we didn't feel very welcome, some of the staff laughed. An apology was subsequently made, however, and the staff made an effort to give us a good experience.

Staff did not advise or confirm that we can request for pool to be heated prior to the visit. This would have a made a big difference to our stay. The water was so cold and we did not enjoy it, even if it was an expensive villa. After massage I did not get to enjoy my tea because staff hurried me up to ride with other guests back to the villas. Not relaxing.

The staff were very attentive, engaging and helpful. A real credit to the stay and helped create some great memories. The offered food and restaurant options were very good. I did a meal plan which was exactly what I wanted. The space and facilities were beautiful and really suited my stay and allowed complete relaxation and engagement at my own pace. The treatments and wellness activities were very good and exactly what I was looking for during the stay.

I felt the treatments and add-ons were pushed a little too much. Perhaps it was due to a shorter stay duration, but I didn't need a few of the recommended treatments and were puzzled as to why they were included. I was not dissatisfied with the cost, although assuming less activities and treatments it may have reduced the overall cost of the stay. Additionally, the schedule ended up being busier than I'd hoped for the stay. The TV was old and did not work well, but the rest of the room was more than sufficient.

The serenity of the resort and spaces provided to meditate and commune with nature. The cosmetic and toiletries that are nature friendly and made from local ingredients. The breakfast buffet while there's no meat served' we have enough food choices. Most of the staff are very friendly and accomodating

The room does not have a fridge where we can keep food cold and fresh. We don't have enough drinking water that we have to call for refill. There's no luggage storage and no hooks to hang used bathrobes in the bathroom. The AC is dripping on the bed in the loft bed. Something should be done about the flies in the restaurant. Some of the food in the menu needs to be looked into. All of our food were not served all together during dinner and the salmon penne pasta is a let down ** it's a meh kind of experience and it took too long to have it served. Some of the food in the buffet are already cold during breakfast service.

As a returning guest, my accommodation was more than I expected. We used to be booked at Anahaw villa and because we wanted a quiet place, I was upgraded to a Narra Pool Villa which is timely since I am celebrating my birthday at The Farm with my two nieces visiting from abroad. The staff were exceptionally attentive specially Rona who was my designated ambassador for my stay. She was able to provide all my requests. Since we arrived very late and we missed the activities, we were able to join the guided walking tour and yoga. Next time, i won't miss the Mandala flower arrangement. The breakfast was filling and healthy!! We loved our villa so much and got to enjoy the private pool! The staff during our dinner at Prana even sang happy birthday song with a dessert treat! Truly memorable.

It was unfortunate that we had power fluctuation during our stay so some of the appliances like the TV was buzzing so we turned it off. Then we had to stay at the Al Fresco dining at Prana since the indoor dining has lighting problems. The night was cool so despite the technical problems it wasn't much of a hassle.

We love ths spacious room and the facilities. The room was spacious and generally clean. Aside the room and facilities, we also love the ambiance. The surroundings give a very calming and relaxing vibe.

No slippers and dental kit were provided. Some furniture was dated. I also felt that staff should extra pay more attention to its paying guests. We requested for an extension of 30 minutes and reception agreed. The staff who came to our room for check out was earlier than expected and waited while we were packing our things. It was awkward.

Me and my family stayed in The Farm for one night only but I can surely say that it was a relaxing stay. The staff are very accommodating, kudos to Hazel who assisted us during our check-in. I loved the room, its size and amenities within our Palmera Glass Villa. The breakfast was superb as well. Not sure if the management is already looking into it, but I hope in future there could be a transfer from the nearest mall to hotel which would be helpful for the guests who don’t have private cars. Overall, The Farm is recommended place to stay in Lipa!

The place was very relaxing. You will feel that you are like in a privage sanctuary. The activities were fun. and the food was good even if I am not into vegetables. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

No one was answering our call days before but the staff were nice anyway when we arrived so we forgot about it already.
