Good thing hindi mahirap maghanap ng accommodation in Naga. We booked this really fast and they were accommodating sa mga special requests.

Our Housekeeper and the receptionist who has been so helpful were amazing. They will always go above their call of duty.

So far, lahat ng 3 room na kinuha namin is okay. no complaints kahit sa room ng parents ko. satisfying stay indeed

Stayed in Naga for a night and we tried this place. For 999, this is definitely a smart choice.

The Staffs and the hosts are very accommodating

Not very much at all could be liked, expectation verse reality is nothing like the images.

The room was nothing like images, old and not very clean. Paid direct through booking.com and the hotel also requested payment, so double charged nearly a week and still no refund. Do not pay them if they request physical payment. Not a good experience, never had this treatment anywhere in the Philippines

smell of toilet, and entire cleanliness of the room. mostly the smell , and toilet looks dirty

it was very disappointing. it was different from the picture showed here in booking online... its filthy and has bad odor. The WC was a disaster! the hot and cold shower was not working, no flush and bidet... i booked ahead of time but the host seems surprised that we are coming. i had allergies that night thats why me and my husband decided to tranfer to other hotel more descent and comfortable than this... unfortunately we were charged for 2 nights even though we stayed only overnight and unsatisfied. Also, they did not issued an official receipt!!! this is the worse hotel that i experienced . i recommend to remove the jomckyl apartelle to booking.com and report it to the authorities for sanitation issues!
