the bed!!!! ansakit sa likod. it was the old fashioned bed with spring.. not comfortable to sleep the water dispenser is being turn off.. so expect a meh water hirap mag commute. far from store.. hence gotta buy everything before night. also, sana me sariling food hall.. not fond early in the morning for bfast on another hotel (o maarte lang ako) basta ung kama... sakit sa katawan

Everything!! But apart from everything, a little story happened. I know the hotel is not liable to any losses but I lost my wallet like I dont know where but I am confident that it’s somewhere inside the hotel. Then they reached out to me that they have found my lost wallet! Amazing 🥹 the staff there cared a lot to their clients 🫡 not for money, for fame but Robertson Hotel must be proud to their employees because of their integrity 🙌

Very nice, responsive staff. Hotel is very clean Beddings, towels are very clean Location is okay depending on your business. Easy access to public transport, restaurants, and stores.

There's no kettle to heat drinking water. Room is clean though the bathroom walls need a bit of wiping. But no major complaint on my part

I booked a non-refundable 1 night stay with them as I was expecting to stay in the hotel at least that night. But something came up and I was not able to arrive that night. I wasn’t expecting to get my money back as it was clearly stated upon booking that it was non-refundable. But to my surprise, I got an email next day that my booking was cancelled from their end and I got my full refund. This tells a lot to how much they value their customers by initiating such thing to make sure that they only get paid for the accommodation and service that they provided. Thank you so much Robertson Hotel! Will definitely book you again for my next stay.

I like the location of the hotel and its accessibility to nearby banks, restaurant, cafe, bars, convenience stores, and spas. I also like their reasonable price, quiet and cozy room, super friendly staffs, hot and cold shower, and the 20% discount at the buffet restaurant.

There's no restaurant within the hotel but there is a buffet restaurant at the back of the hotel and you can enjoy a 20% discount if you're a Robertson Hotel's guest. Other than that, everything is good!

The staff were all amazing and friendly, will definitely come back here for them. They even accommodated our early check-in for free. And they allow our late check out for a fee. Place is clean and comfy. Location is also great and quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

Prompt response on my request for complimentary bottled waters. Allowed us for an early check in w/o any charges. The guard was great in assisting my sister's parking dilemna.

Hot shower not functioning on my 1st night. But maintenance made the immediate testing 1st hour in the morning.

The staff is supportive, accommodating and they’re very prompt in providing resolutions to any issues/ problems. Thank you to Ms. Mitch and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work!

Stability of the WiFi connection can be enhanced.

It’s location is one of the best as it is not on the main street so not much traffic noise, but it is just a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants. Also just a 7-10 minute walk to the Minor Basilica of Peñafrancia.

They don’t have a mini bar or electric kettle in the room.

Very affordable. Great staff. Excellent room service. Excellent food. Great bar bistro reburto next door . Great breakfast buffet. Excellent location . Very nice professional staff. Great place for Amsericans and people from other countries. Staff Very helpful. They look out for you. Very safe place.i will be back. 🇺🇸
