Front beach access and big swimming pools. The staff are hospitable. The Executive room is spacious with balcony and a place to dry your clothes.

Guest cannot bring food inside BUT their resto and bar closes at 8pm/9pm. After 8pm, there is nothing to do anymore, water activity ends at 5pm/6pm and swimming pool is open till 9pm only. Don’t expect a good service from the front office and housekeeping. We requested for blanket on our first night, but it took them hours to get delivered and i needed to go down to the recep over and over again since the telephone inside the room is not working. When I asked, the receptionist said they are updating something so they gave a number to chat via viber for future requests. On the second day, I requested to get our blanket and towels replace via viber, I messaged at 7pm they replied at 9pm to reconfirm my request but NO ONE responded to our request till we check out 🥹

The resort is located near the sea at a beautiful place and the building is magnificent. The beach is wonderful and the swimming pool fantastic. You can swim and see the sunset from the pool. The rooms are clean and well equipped as well as the bathroom. I had the room #412 during 3 nights with a little terrace with view on the swimming pool and the sea. I enjoyed a lot my sejour.

There is only one bar outside near the swimming pool and the drinks are a bit expensive. The restaurant is open few hours per day so you have to find your meal at the food trucks outside. However the Japanese or Korean dishes are good and cheaper.

The location is near from Manila. The beach is adorable and the swimming pool is clear for relaxation.

We had been booked 3 rooms. The balcony was flooded with aircon water due to the drain was clogged. And one of the sink in bathroom was bit clogged too where the water drain slowly. The breakfast buffet was a bit less food than our previous visited. As a coffee lover, the restaurant used styrofoam mug for coffee. Which it degrade the standard of restaurant to foreign and local guess. Hope it will change to a ceramic coffee mug to feel better at start of day.

The swimming pools were excellent, as was the bar by the pool, where the staff were great! The rooms were large, bright and airy, and we had good views of the sea. Access to the sea was easy from the private beach area, and we all enjoyed swimming and playing in the sea. There was adequate seating outside to be able to relax and enjoy a drink.

The menu was limited and the food was average only, eaten in a dismal setting. All bit of a disappointment, especially the breakfast. There was no telephone in any of the rooms, so contact between our family's four rooms was difficult. However, about 10 minutes drive away was a fantastic local "native" style restaurant with a very wide-ranging menu of excellent food! Too much for 9 of us to eat, so we did the usual Filipino thing and took it out when we left, only for the security people stationed at the hotel foyer to take it all from us and dump it in the trash! Sayang, as we say here! And, sadly, the pools and bar all closed at 9pm and we weren't allowed to bring outside food and drinks in to enjoy the rest of the night with.

I like the service...the facility is good the room is quite good...food is delicious..the beach is really nice.

I just don't like the buffet food because they're serving it cold...me and my boyfriend stay for 5d/4n in the hotel...it's hard to get a cab specially if it's nights already..and one more thing they have bar but they don't have any beer available which is for foreigners they like beers .hope to inhance that. And the food on the restaurant is always cold... But they can make you only omelette which is hot ..

Generally, everything was fine.

The staff at the dinner buffet, particularly the registration personnel, appeared a bit tired during the service, which slightly affected their attitude. While this wasn’t a major issue, addressing this could enhance the atmosphere and make the experience more inviting for guests to enjoy the dinner. Additionally, I believe the room could benefit from brighter or additional lighting, as it currently feels a bit dim. Improving the lighting would create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

I like the second day of my stay is breakfast only

The rooms we were at this time were renovated, so it was clean and no roaches. The rooms are spacious too! Front desks were nice, restaurant servers/crews can be nicer. BBQ option for dinner was good. The firedance were amazing!

The quality of food for breakfast. It's either overcooked (vegetables) or not warm. Also tasted spoiled milk one breakfast. This area is definitely need to be improved.

I like the unit we stayed at, it was clean and had a good view of the beach, it's relaxing, the sunset was awesome, the beach is clean and not crowded. We had a good time with my family. I'll definitely come back.

The bedsheets were not enough for all of us. I booked for 21 persons, but we have a shortage of bedsheets. Also the swimming pool and beach area were closed at 7pm I believe. I think you should extend the hours as we want to have a dip at night time.

IT WAS A GOOD PLACE TO RELAX AND UNWIND. WE ENJOYED EVEN WE ONLY STAY FOR A NIGHT. HAVE PLANS TO GO BACK SOON. ONE THING, WE WAITED FOR LOOOOOONG HOURS IN THE LOBBY, THEY DID NOT CALL FOR US AS WHAT THEY SAID WHEN WE ARRIVE THAT THEY WILL CALL US ONCE OUR ROOM IS READY. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT FOR THE STAFF IN THE LOBBY, ALWAYS SMILE..BUT OVER ALL WE HAD A GREAT TIME.
