The bathroom was very pretty, the room was nice, cozy. Clean bedsheets, they gave us shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers and towels. The bed was comfy. The TV in the room was working fine, very good AC, there were snacks in the mini bar, dining all day (good price), good WiFi. The receptionists were kind and helpful. Would recommend.

There were mosquitoes in the room, but we got rid of them. There were some construction workers out there, very loud in the morning. It didn't bother us that much because we decided to check out early.

it is so accessible because it is near almost everything . great staff . and even if it's near the road . its not noisy.

i hope the ordering of food for room service is 24hrs. but other than that it's really great.

loved our stay in Casa Ilustre. The place was very clean and parking lot is spacious. The mini ref is very iseful for our drinks and their shower is amazing!

The other rooms are being renovated so there was a lot of noise.

Cleanliness, the aircon is working and in good conditon. The location is near a mall and fast foods.

The staff who assisted us during checkin was a bit not nice.
