The place was well maintained, food was delicious & the staff were all friendly. We had a great time relaxing & unwinding.

You can only swim at the pool. The beach is not good for swimming because it's a mix of soil & sand.

The cabanas were lovely and even roomier in actual. The space was more than enough, even with an extra bed in a cabana double. The food was excellent, if a bit pricey (though to be expected; these were resort prices). The amenities one would need are readily available. The spa was amazing. UNWND also accommodated our accessibility request, given that we were traveling with a senior citizen. We were given a cabana closest to the restaurant. This was very much appreciated.

It would really make it a perfect place if the beach was swimmable or at least if the sand were easier to walk on, but due to the location (mangrove area), I suppose this is something that really can't be changed. I did appreciate the care and priority given to mangroves growing in the area hence the perfect stars given.

It's about "booking.com, they are highly rubbery... next time I will pay directly your hotel.... it is not nice to play like this with prices (You have my payment)).... he will play against the reputation of the resort... but I understand Booking.com needs a commission but not that big..... it is not serving the interest of both parties... Je vous copierai..... Good hospitality and enjoyed our stay 🙏👍.

The ambiance of the place was very relaxing. The food and drinks being served at the restaurant were excellent for our taste. And kudos to every each of the staff for being very accommodating and always greeting us cheerfully. 🥰

The only thing lacking in the room was a cabinet or cloth rack stand inside the room where the guests can hang their clothes and towels. And at times, the water in our toilet room has a foul smell. The smell arouses after opening the faucet or after we flush the toilet. I hope it can be fixed so other guests will not be able to experience it.

First off, they were in constant communication and guiding us to their location. Then there was the welcome drink, which was delicious and refreshing. Check in was very relaxed. The room we rented was huge and was nicely located by the water. It was also near the restaurant which made it convenient. The bed was big, very clean and comfortable. There were loads of comfy pillows. The staff at the resort, from the security personnel to the reception to the restaurant were very polite, welcoming, warm, and helpful. We will most likely come back for another stay. Lovely view of the sunset, too!

I just wish there was a tea/coffee service in the bedroom (electric kettle) with some tea bags and coffee. That would have made it complete for us.

The staff were really friendly! The room is nice, we love the pool so much. They're also pet friendly, we brought our dog and they provided her with snacks and some extras. It's also easy to request from the staff.

It's just a little pricey, especially the food.

Location was fantastic and all staff were more than professional and very friendly, they could not work harder to make our stay more enjoyable. One improvement which will be the local council is the access road to your location needs serious work :). The facility I found very relaxing and very accommodating. Again thank you for a great experience.

Lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff, place is full of games and chill out places. Staff fixes any problem.

Bed a bit hard and small. Better go for the larger rooms with bigger beds. Swimming in the sea is not allowed here as there are mangroves. Hotel can arrqnge trips to a nearby sandbar with rent of a raft.

great ambience with spectacular sunset view; instagrammable sights and nooks; awesome friendly service from everyone you meet at the Hotel. The rooms are also spacious and clean.
