Value for your money. The beach was clean. The pool was very nice. Restaurant and rooms had comfortable AC. There was an area adjacent to the pool with lots of trees and cabanas for relaxing.

The hotel did not mention that booties are needed if you will swim at the beach because of the coarseness of the sand. There was no hot water in the bathrooms.

One of the best resorts I ever visited in Batangas. I like the ambiance and its solemnity. Will definitely go back. 😊

The only thing I would suggest they add is heating in the shower as the water was quite cold at times but that’s all :)

We had some comments that we hope will be as constructive for the improvement of their services. We arrived 2:30pm yesterday and we were informed the beach hut is not within the area. The beach hut area also has no guards on duty and feels unsafe at night. When we also arrived, they are still fixing the electrical wirings. I complained that before a guest arrives, every thing should have been checked such as faulty electrical wirings. I also asked how long do we have to wait for the wirings to be fixed so I requested to be transferred to another room as compensation for that which gladly they did. Some staff are not friendly or approachable but they accommodated us. Others are polite and warm. We do recommend all staffs should be warm to guests. Food is ok and within reasonable price. For booking.com Kindly indicate that beach hut is not within the property. Don’t let the client book without knowing this info or open a cancellation option so we could have booked another room which is within the property. This case happened to us and I don’t want other guest to experience the same. Thanks!

The air conditioning was good.

It did not have enough beach area to walk in. They had a filming of a show so we could not use full facility. Food was good but breakfast was a joke very small serving. I was promised a quadruple room n was given a family room with very small blankets. Staff was awed at the actress present and forgot the other paying guest. Tiles in the pool were already chipping.

The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. The place was dated but maintained. The location was nestled be the foot of the mountain and in front of the sea. The beach is man-made - FYI. Their food felt like a home cooked meal.

Our group has been assigned to rooms far from each other making the experience clattered. There were no bottled water in the room or one available to buy in their in house restaurant.
