Everything! Im rating Bentrina 5 star. Its trully a home away from home. My husband and I liked the quiteness and serenity of the place. There's no loud music or karaoke. We love the food. Close to home cooked meals, basic and simple yet very good. We appreciate the hot water, coffee and tea laid out at the restaurant 24/7. We like the staff very much. They are like one big family running the resort. Everyone seem to be an all rounder, can do any job necessary. These great people make us feel at home from day 1. They were quick to resolve any issues. We really felt at home that is why we rebooked already and going back soon.

Nothing. We liked everything. But for suggestion, maybe some fruits? And maybe need some new mask and snorkle. And hammocks?

I most appreciated the service and consideration from the owner. She could have nickel and dimed us, but she gave us discounts we didn't even ask for, which I really appreciated and showed they value their guests. That small.gesture went a long way for my wife and me. They also accommodated my request to have a doze white roses at the room when we arrived, and they were lovely.

They say there is a BBQ and we brought food to grill because of that, but I think there is something lost in translation between what an American thinks as a BBQ (a stand alone propane grill available with utensils for guests to use) and what a filipino thinks as a BBQ (a small grill which you have to buy charcoal for and is a hike away from the resort and up hill). So, for those Americans... they don't have a BBQ.

The place was absolutely stunning and beautiful! It was perfect for us as we wanted to relax in peace. However, the place is not suitable for those who want bars, discos, and nightlife. Large supermarkets are also far away, so it's good to prepare in advance if you need specific foods or drinks. The staff was helpful, although there were some minor communication issues at times. It's good to have water shoes for the beach and swimming, as the beach is full of large and small stones. I recommend snorkeling!

The hotel is located at the bottom of a very steep hill, so if you plan to drive there, I recommend a small car. And if you want to walk on the road, be prepared for a steep uphill climb. 😉

Beautiful location. Attentive staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Romantic setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Betrina Diving Resort. As snorkelers (and 1 freediver) the coral directly off the seawall was fantastic with a substantial drop off for those who want to go deeper. Fish were plentiful, coral was beautiful, water visibility fantastic and the drop into the deep blue invites you to explore deeper waters. It's a small and quiet resort so there were no crowds, no noise and plenty of friendly staff on hand to assist in every way. The rooms were neat, tidy, spacious and clean. Fantastic for divers and ideal for a romantic getaway. It was a pleasure to stay here and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

I made the right choice booking Bentrina Diving Resort for our son's intro dive. The prices are reasonable, the rooms huge, the lay-out pleasant, the food always impressed and had large portions, the staff very friendly and responsive. There was free coffee and tea 24/7, and a massage can be arranged by staff. The pool was perfect for learning and practicing diving skills, and the instructor very polite and calm. The reef right in front of the resort made it convenient for snorkeling and an intro dive.

There's a steep, narrow road leading to the resort, which could be a problem for some drivers. It didn't bother me that there's no hot water, but some might have an issue with that.

Immediately off the beach there were corals with lots of life in them and many varieties of fish. The rooms were immaculate and even had hot water. Food was delish. Well worth the price.

The resort is not walkable to town, and there is no transportation, so you have to bring everything you need for your entire stay with you.

I enjoyed food. Was like homemade food since it's hard to leave the resort due to how steep the hill is for most resorts. The beach bearing a few feet and the coral being right by the hotel was amazing. Just dive right in for snorkeling. Saw 3 turtles. Also the staff was amazing. Super friendly like you're staying with family.

There could have been more outlets to plug in cellphones. Also the rooster next door was loud.

Fantastic crew! Very friendly people who make you feel at home. They were eager to help out when we needed anything and always willing to give all information we needed. The location is also perfect, not far from Batangas and the coral reef is just 30 meters from resort. Nothing to complaint about😎

We liked all. If we were really to put something to improve on it could be refreshing bathrooms (maybe considering repainting, better ventilation) though it wasn’t anything that we would complain about.

Breakfast wasn't ready until about 8am. We were informed that breakfast starts at 630am. We had a dive at 8am and we were late. This is a room for improvement.

We liked almost everything, the staff are courteous and very accommodating, the food was delicious and affordable with generous serving. The hotel can work on the water pressure and the heater. The temperature is unstable.

Quiet and beatifull resort with just 6 spacious rooms with very confortable beds. Friendly staff who's able to inform you and help you plan activities. Fair prices on the activities and rentals, we never felt we're being ripped off. Very good food in the restaurant, the best we've had in the area. Amazing coral reef just in front, more colourfull and alive than other places nearby (like Sepoc beach). Overhaul a great value for money, specially when compared to the 3x more expensive options just next to it. It's not super fancy, but for the nature around, that's all you need.

Breakfast is basic, which is not a big problem, but could have some fruits.
