Pool, lounge area, beach, room, airconditioning, servers in the restaurant and the reception

1. My daughter and granddaughter contracted food poisoning on our way home. And am not satisfied with the response from Apt. 1B. I am a doctor and I would have appeeciated if they offered to compensate us for the medicines but none was given or even offered. 2. Food is good but quite expensive. No vegetables on the menu save for that in the sinigang. 3. For the price we paid, there should have been free breakfast. 4. Bathroom leaves much to be desired.

We really love the kindness and the service of the whole staff. They have taken care of us in everything. We also like where it was located the accomodation in a very nice spot and close to shops and restaurants if you have a car.

My wife and I were debating if Philippines has to increase their tourism income, you cannot charge so much accomodation of this kind and food as it was. She has told me that Filipinos are starting to go to other South Easia countries like Thailand coz it's is cheaper there than having holidays in the Philippines. I personally have been to Thailand and yesterday we just saw the price of an accomodation front beach similar in an island (which is supposed to cost more coz anything has to reach by boat) and the price we have paid for one night equals to 3 nights in that other resort in Thailand. I leave to you to think about it coz it's not a race to which is more amazing and beautiful. Thailand and Philippines are both wonderful and lovely countries.

Friendly staff. Grounds were clean.

Our room was cramp with the beds pushed against the wall. Paid way more than walk in guests next door. Good next door was better and cheaper. The casitas didn’t have any foam and was hard especially when getting a massage. The chaise lounge chairs were not adjustable. No laundry bag available in the room. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Wasn’t able to cook over-easy eggs right. It was overcooked not over-easy.

It is very clean and had most of what you would need for a very enjoyable vacation. The members of the staff were very nice and accommodating.

We did not notice when we booked that they do not have tv inside the rooms. It would have completed a very relaxing stay especially for our parents who are both senior in age and could not join the water activities.

It felt exclusive and looks well maintained. Very nice for family.

Not really an issue but I hope there’s TV in the room for better staycation experience specially when there are kids. Also, the food is great but since it’s Apartment 1B just hope the quality of food be prioritized. We ordered sisig and there’s just too much oil, sisig is already oily but with what we had the food is really swimming in oil 😬 The soup of the Salmon belly sinigang is a bit salty also. The rest of the food we ordered were good naman.

The service was excellent. The staff was really service minded, and assured that we had some great days. Charming and relaxing.

We booked on a Friday. Less people and i really love that the beach is short distanced and the structure of 2nd floor lounge and lots of trees. No long walks. The staff is so accommodating and pleasing

NO REF. The resto closes early. Hot shower is not working.

well-run reception and concerns are easily addressed, cozy & complete & well-cooled rooms, clean bathroom areas, clean common areas, friendly & helpful staff, yummy free-with-room breakfasts has 6 choices, knows how to make guests feel special- gave a complimentary birthday dessert and remembers who drinks a glass of cold or warm water! Personal attention is their strong point.

located where there are very limited options to eat anywhere else. Their in-house restaurant prices are just too much, even for someone who can afford it. Their seashore is packed with inflatable rides; good for activity but no peace & quiet found there unless lull hours.

The beach and pool are lovely. The restaurant is good and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. My room was small but comfortable.

I wish there was more seating at the pool and loungers on the beach.

The staff are all friendly and very helpful. They are beyond exceptional! Special mention to Cas, Manuel, Jen, Vanessa, Bruce & Majoy who made our stay very memorable. We will definitely return...hopefully soon☺️. We are so grateful for the warm welcome! The Deluxe double room is just right for 4persons to share, the bed+pillows+linen are soft and very comfortable, their kapeng barako that was newly roasted over coffee press was just right for the early morning sunrise🌄, Apt1B never failed my palate... thank you everyone who prepared our lunch and dinner🥰...our welcome drink that was new to all of us not the usual soda or cucumber lemon or iced tea but a very flavorful tamarind juice🍹two thumbs up for that!!
