The 2 bedroom casita was spacious for a family of 4, with 2 teenagers and a dog. We love the many activities one can do in the resort - swim at the beach and pools, walk the trail, see the many animals in the area.

The food was not that great, as well as the slow service. Having a buffet service would have helped the waiting time for the food. The condition of the Cala trail could be as the wooden path is already run down. This is very unique to the resort so I hope management addresses this concern.

WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK 1. The staff - they're exceptional and super accommodating, and they're very welcoming 2. We enjoyed the free kayak and paddle board with the kids and our 2 puppies 3. We loved the welcome drinks, free merienda + free 1 round of drinks/juice served by staff at the beach, and also the free puto, with "Welcome Home" message chocolate written in a plate 4. We're happy to be in a place where puppies/pets are welcome 5 We highly appreciate the "Happy Birthday" + 2-layered towel cake that's set-up in our room for my hubby's birthday ❤️

1. Suggest for Improvement - my 7yo kid is saddened he's not able to watched netflix or anything at the tv due to "very poor signal". There's too much lag so he really can't watch any show 2. MINOR : I didn't like the feel of the blanket (it feels somewhat hard on my skin) 3. MINOR : I noticed dust at lamps in our room

The staff at the restaurant were all exceptional including the housekeeping people and the one who welcomed us when we arrived.

Maybe asking if a guest wants a glass of water first before serving. And coffee condiments served in refillable jars or containers would be good than putting sugar and creamer on little condiment bowls/ saucers. I could just imagine the food/ water waste if guests opt to not drink the water served and the free condiments. I politely brought the condiments back because I don’t take them with my brewed coffee.

Like the room and facilities. Staff service was A+. Location by the beach was great. Atmosphere of resort is very chill and relaxing. Food was okay

Wifi was very slow unless you stay at the dining area. A bit overpriced. Maybe if wifi and food was better would have been better value for money. Discrimination vs big dogs. small dogs allowed in resort but big breeds aren't. FYI, dog behavior is not based on size but dog training and upbringing. Even big dogs can be gentle sweethearts

The ambiance - quiet and calm, away from the noisy city. You have at least 2 pools to choose from - one secluded where you can just chill. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks, too. We like the Cala Trail, where we walk around after meals. The room we got is very spacious and fits us perfectly.

If you want to still be connected online, prepare to use your mobile data. Wifi service is spotty, if not absent. The beach area is tiny, and not so enjoyable during low tide. Food choices in the resort are limited.

Nice modern accommodation with complimentary of water and land activities to do together with the family.

Swimming time in the pool and the beach is quite limited. It would be much appreciated if swimming time would be extended. Can do improvement and development in the beach. The bottom is muddy and slimy. There is broken glass in the shore.

The breakfast was good, with just enough choices. My son who is a bit picky got what he wanted- chicken and ice cream. I really appreciate the service of the staff because they are quick to respond and pleasant. The room is clean and tidy. I also like the trail.

It's just unfortunate that it rained and we did not get to try the balsa and other water sports. Now there's a reason to come back.

Good for family and the villa that we stayed is perfect for us. The pool is nice too.

The beach is not for swimming, and it smells so bad (septic tank smell). The service at the main restaurant is slow. There is no way to communicate to the staff since there is no available phone to call them up.

We found paradise after driving 130kms. The place was serene and lovely. Perfect getaway to de-stress and just connect with nature and spend time with your love ones. We loved the balsa ride and snorkeling. The kayaking was fun too. The staff are friendly.

The drinking glasses that were made from plastic. I know it's too petty don't mind me 😅

The customer service was outstanding!

Everything would’ve been perfect if not for the spotty wifi in our room (it was just a SmartBro) so we couldn’t really watch the Netflix/Prime Video as well as catch up with some work. We had to go out near the reception area to use the Starlink for stable wifi. To be fair, the staff called and apologized for the wifi ahead.
