The location is quiet and gave us the perfect unwinding staycation, free from distractions. The room is spacious and the size is like a studio unit condo. The room is very clean too. The price is value for your money.

For some reason the shower heater temp is not consistent, no extra spoons for mugs. Wifi in the 4th floor was on and off at night

The room is clean and spacious. We rented a car going here so I don't know how accessible the place by commute. They offer free mineral water so you don't have to worry buying drinking water. They have electric kettle if you want to make some tea or you can opt to buy coffee in vending machine for 5Php

The staff is very nice and friendly. They answered and helped with almost everything!

The facility is ok but just the design is a bit odd, no night stand, no charger near the bed, no hair dryer in the room, no slipper in the room etc. All are small things but it would be better if there were some things like that.

Being first timers in Talamban, we really made sure na super okay yung room na mabubook namin. like safe and secured kasi we had our kids with us. buti nalang narecommend din to ng brother ko who happened to stay here a couple of times. Very satisfied naman kami kasi we got all the assistance that we need plus the room was so peaceful and orderly.

I like the room ,so spacious and clean staff are approachable and provide things you ask for them directly. There is only one thing i want to say,hopefully in the future they will cater breakfast, including foods for vegetarian people.😊

The room was wonderful …two nice bedrooms with a living area,nice bathroom . very spacious felt like a home away from home for three nights !!! A nice pizza joint across the road and a supermarket down the road as well!Excellent wi fi ,the sent is coffee powder with hot water when requested!

Far away from central Cebu with the heavy city traffic may be daunting to visit a mall in the feee evening but the airport and port were only 30m away when the traffic was not too busy!!

Nang dumating kami around 12:30, available na yung room and walang ka hassle hassle, binigay samin ng staff. we are beyond grateful kasi ang layo pa ng travel namin. from manila to here. we started travelling madaling araw palang. when we entered the room, we were pleased on how it was clean and how they ensured that the amenities are complete

Si kuya Lester sobrang friendly and helpful and also the location. Nice view, the place os quiet.

No water on the sink in kitchen area. Staff is not visible asidr from kuya Lester

Room is big, area is okay. Friendly staff .. nearby 7 11 is convenient. Parking for my vehicle is okay.. 24 hr. On guard. I love my comforter. They provide a bit of amenities.

Tv. Is not cable dont expect.
