I like The Convenience of the Location Coz It's near my Families House and I love the Warm Staffs ... The Owner is My Elementary School Batchmate and Neighborhood brings me back to Comfy Simple Quiet Childhood Days .... The Coffee and Bookshop We Love to Hang Out the most because of its Library Ambience and the privacy is very well observed... Very Excellent Experience 👏 👌 👍 Good Job Villono Family

The sound Proof is not very good I can Hear the Chairs moving from the other Rooms and loud Noises from the Hallway and the Aircon is Loud

You can Find the Comfort in one Place ...Location Is Good ...just a Few Walk From My Childhood Home ...family and Friends Cappuccino and Iced Cafe is Available ... Laundry us Good ...Room Service...They also Serve Good Breakfast .. Hot Showers is very Impt for me ......Very Homey Ambience ... ....There is no Place Like Home... Coz It's is like Im living within an innovated Neighborhood where I grow Up the rest of My 26 Years in the village....

I can Hear the voices from outside like Vendors😁

Room was super clean with TV with Netflix on and bathroom showering facilities were great. Staff were super helpful and property is in a nice complex with other facilities such as cafe, shop and laundry. Gated off with security too so felt extra safe.

Lots of dogs outside the property which put me on edge a bit especially at night.

i love the entire room. It's very comfortable.... you can be lazy like me, just chill and watch your favourite Netflix movie if you're famished you can ask the staff to cook food for you, or you can pop out for food McDonald's is very near.... if you like street foods at night there's near eatery...

i just don't understand why there's no comforter/real blanket, quilt... the toilet doesn't have bath towels ( i am talking to the room i am in not generally)

i went twice. my first room sink is very slimy from molds. The toilets and cubicles have molds which actually can be removed by zonrox and hot water , no proper blankets... the second room i stayed in didn't have bottled water and no bath towels.

Very clean and comfortable, high level solution (breakfast, laundry, 24h service, beauty center, etc.), nice and friendly staff. If you are lucky there is also a lovely "Micheal Jordan" white cat.

A little bit expensive but if it's what you are looking for it's a very good place. Not a perfect location, but it depend what are you looking for. Not for the city center at all. You may need your own transportation.

The staff are friendly, the room and corridors are spotless; the tv is working well.

The only thing I hope will improve is for the restaurant to offer options for non meat eaters - vegans and vegetarians as it was expensive to always buy take outs via grab.

The location is good, easy to find. The staff are so helpful. They are all nice, kind and smilling😄 good value for money. The cheapest and comfortable accommodation. They have free mineral water ( warm, cold and hot ) in the whole way before you enter in the room. Everything is worth it😍👏🙏 We will come back soon 🙏👍😍👏 thank you Leoncia’s Apartelle. ❤️🙏

Such a nice place to stay and close to the airport! Lovely helpful staff who are warm and welcoming and even take your bags to the room. Clean comfortable room and fantastic facilities! We have stayed here twice and would stay here every time we are in Cebu

We liked everything

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean , shower was good (has hot water) and the AC works. The hotel is a bit away from the main city that’s the only downside , but it is relatively close to the ferry ports (~25mins)! There is many things nearby such as a shopping mall, atms, McDonalds etc.
