This is actually a continuity of our stay in this hotel. Staff are friendly and approachable, and beds are comfortable and hotel was facing a significantly safer area.

I guess the room is not meant for 8 pax. There are few, like only 2 pairs of slippers and toiletries on our first day in the hotel (although they give us for 8 pax after we approach them, except the slippers), a pendant light with a switch covered that you can’t turn on, an overflowing shower area (maybe because of the plumbing issues), a little congested, but it is manageable.

The hotel is budget friendly and clean. The staffs were very polite and attentive.

The wifi is not good for work. I had issues with connection during working hours but if for personal use it is okay.

The hotel is near a Karaoke bar which I think provides an Open singing karaoke. You could hear a drunk person trying to sing loudly around 2am. It was annoying when you try sleep.

Bed was comfy, shower was nice and hot, wi-fi was decent, check-out was smooth and the taxi they arranged arrived quickly

Couldn't get Netflix to work on the TV Ceiling light was flickering

The hotel is cozy, clean, and affordable. Access to mall and few minutes taxi ride to airport. I surely will recommend this to my friends and family!

The location is right across a mall. There are plenty of dining options.

There’s public access to the rooms.

Noisy since it’s beside the main road and you can hear people that are even talking from the outside of your room.

Location, convenience.

1st day- TV did not function and aircon malfunctioned. Was not fixed by maintenance. 2nd day - we were requested to move to another room because they could not fix the issues in day 1. The moving was cumbersome as we have to pack and unpack twice. Called the attention of the operations manager.

Great location right across from Park Mall, and everything was clean in the room. I also liked that it had a separate entrance for guests, and the weight room was 24 hours per day.

There was no window. Instead there were curtains to make it look like there was a window. I learned about this after the booking but before my arrival. That was the biggest thing that marred this otherwise decent room.
