Te room is clean, environment is good ,staff are very approachable.if u want a peaceful place to stay I highly recommend leope hotel.ive been there so many times already

The room and linens were clean. The location of the room was also good as it was in a corner, had big windows that opened up into an empty field. The bathroom was clean and a decent size as well. Room service was good, and the in room fridge useful.

When I arrived the room hadn't been aired out properly and smelled a bit like ammonia, and the fridge hadn't been plugged in to allow it to be cold by the time I arrived. Lastly, having to pay a fee to get an extra pillow seemed a bit stingy of the hotel to do.

The room was very clean. I also love everything in it like the aircondition, it was working perfectly. The bathroom looked absolutely amazing and well-maintained and I love the bed, very comfy. Overall, it was an outstanding stay.

What I didn't like is that I was assigned in a room that has no windows so even if I turned on all the available lights and lamps, I still find it a little bit too dim for my taste. I wish the room was a bit brighter or atleast have enough lights.

Friendly staff. Accessible to everything

I booked our rooms more than a month and ask for same floors for all our rooms and hoping for a little early check in bcoz we are coming from a very long travel .we get to the hotel at 1 pm no rooms available and our 3 rooms end up to be in 3 different floors

Friendly staff who assisted us when we had a problem with our room and immediately changed it for us. Good value for money. Were able to check-in early

Area surrounding hotel isn't great. We used Grab to get to restaurants, etc. Room had a mini moth invasion due to the emergency exit being open in the evening - as mentioned above, they moved us to a non moth floor and room so that was appreciated.

The location is good with provision for parking. Room is clean and lifts are working well. Toilet is also clean and functional. The food is also good, and the price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Wifi is fast enough.

The experience is generally ok but I think it would be best if they could provide some switch for the lights because you will have to get to the lampshades yourself. Also, additional charging ports especially on the table will be great so we can work while plugged in.

Nice rooms and a great price for an overnight stay somewhat near the Airport or close to the North Bus Terminal. Both of which need a Taxi. Property was clean and air cond was good! The food from the restaurant was tasty. Friendly staff.

I thought the property boasted it was walking distance to the North Bus Terminal - it is a 30min+ walk. There was not too many other places nearby to eat other than the hotel restaurant. Obviously there is always Grab as an option.

The room is very tidy and huge even for a couple. the comfort room is also clean.

not so well lighted. and the door key is not user friendly, I hardly opened the door, and it takes a minute for me to open. and then one time i ask someone to open it.

Cleanliness and how big and spacious our room was. Lobby was also clean and air-conditioned.

We were with three people in one room and some of us had planned to go out late at night and they couldn’t give us an extra room card. It would have been nicer if they helped us a little bit more in finding a cab but they just pointed us to go outside.

I like how close it is to where I go to school so it makes it easily accessible. It’s really worth your buck due to how nice the rooms are, it’s pretty clean and spacious and the staff were great.

Only complaint is how the wifi would spike then it would disappear.
