Clean and quiet. Location next to a good shopping mall. Recommend a deluxe room upgrade as the standard room is rather small and tight, though workable. The room upgrade is worth the extra 5 or 600 pesos for the space. WiFi was good.

The bathroom is modular and thus very small, especially for anyone big and/or tall. It is workable but only just workable. Be sure to get everyone checked in with ID at initial desk check-in or you will have difficulty getting everyone past the breakfast guard.

It’s small but it’s clean. Mainly the hotel is for Asian considering the size of the room and washroom.

Short in hospitality. They offered free welcome drinks upon check in but when we went to claim it, the lady said it is JUST a lemonade and we need to drink it at the bar ONLY. So in the end, we were not able to take the welcome drinks. We felt offended by the way the lady talk to us. Breakfast has limited choices. There are a lot of staff but it is self service, like you are in a canteen and not in a hotel. And breakfast is until 930am only. They take all the food already while the guests are still eating. Some went for refill but saw the foods were already taken. I felt bad for some of the guests.

It was located next Jmall so very convenient for us. Our flight arrived early, we were in the mall while waiting for check in time. No need to take taxi. Shuttle pick up and drop off to and from Airport was also very helpful. Staff were courteous and friendly. I booked a smoking room by accident, I requested to change to non-smoking room but I guess that was hard for them to change because they were not able to accommodate my request. But I will stay here again. Location is a plus.

They made me pay extra 500 when I get there because 15 years old is considered adult. Well, I just input my son’s ages and the system did the calculations when I booked. Perhaps, booking.com adult age 18 and up but Tokoyo adult age is 15 and up.

accommodating,friendly, and respectful staff, they always clean the room and provide towel and toiletries everyday ,free shuttle service to airport,nice heavy breakfast .Next door to Starbucks and SM Jmall no hustle if you need anything to buy. You can dine in at SM mall and have meal and do shopping after then go back to Toyoko and relax .

we arrive from airport at 7am and we are so tired but we cannot check in because we have to wait 3 pm because its their check in time policy. I hope they can change it and make it a bit earlier. 2nd they don’t have a closet.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. I especially appreciated that the hotel is attached to a mall, providing added convenience. The internet connection was reliable, with Wi-Fi available wherever you are in the hotel—whether in the lobby area on the 6th floor, the lower ground floor, the dining area, or in the bedroom. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus that picks you up from the airport or takes you there, which made travel so much easier. There’s an area on the Lower Ground Floor selling beverages and snacks, open 24 hours—perfect for late-night cravings. The buffet breakfast was simple yet satisfying, a great way to start the day.

While my stay at Toyoko Inn Cebu was generally enjoyable, one issue stood out. The air conditioner in my room started leaking during the 3rd and 4th nights of my 4-night stay. Although the maintenance staff came several times to fix it, the issue kept recurring. It typically happened late at night. While the maintenance staff is available 24/7, I didn’t call for maintenance again because I was already too tired and sleepy, and I knew that if I did, I would have to stay awake and lose precious sleep. Unfortunately, this inconvenience affected my overall rest.

Staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. Good location for what we needed. Food was decent with a connecting mall on the second floor. Cleaned the room well each day and resupplied.

Air conditioning did not cool the room well enough all the time. Pillows were way too small, and bed kinda hard. Friday and Saturday night local nightclubs played loud bass that could be heard indoors in our room from 10 pm to 4am which kept me from sleeping those nights.

My family loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel.Our room, the reception area, dining area, hallways, etc. A peaceful place and the breakfasts buffet satisfied us a lot. Foods served were adequate and healthy.The staff were accommodating and polite esp.the one who fetched us from the airport. Kitchen staff, guards, receptionists and others were respectful and attentive.One of the best places for family to stay in Cebu.It was an indelible stay. No pool for children but it's alright.We did not visit Cebu to swim.We were there to eat and explore the city with my children. Quite far from convenience stores and restaurants but Grab food and Grab car are just around the corner.

very clean and very japanese ..they also provide slippers..water pressure is very strong ..yu are staying in a japanese hotel so toilet is also very japanese style ..something unique like toilets in the ship. only stayed for the night but v satisified with my stay ..they hav massage on the 7th floor and quite cheap u dun need to go out really..mall is just below the hotel though we ddnt hav time to go since its just 1 night..happy customer here thanks
