I liked just about everything. Excellent location. So close to Park mall. Friendly, attentive and very helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious, just like the pictures. Nice hot shower and plenty of channels on TV. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet included was nice. I also saw some ₱299 lunch buffet on some days (We didn't try).

No remote control for the TV, so there was no way to adjust the volume. (Unless we missed something) . It's not a big problem, but could be better. I assume it is designed this way so no one will be annoyed by the neighbour's loud TV.

I stayed in this hotel so I can have easy access to a nearby hospital where a family member is admitted. The place is value for money. Check in was easy and the staff are friendly. The hotel is not huge so going to the room was easy. Flight of stairs is available as I prefer walking and not using the elevator. There are places to sit in the lobby. There is also a cafe and a co-working space adjacent to the lobby which is convenient and useful. Food at the restaurant is good at a reasonable price. Lechon Kawali is highly recommended. The room is spacious, clean, with a good shower, bidet and well-functioning AC. Wifi is good allowing me to work inside the room. Staff are responsive to my needs. The place is located in an area near malls, restaurants and hospitals. It is family-friendly. Highly recommended for families and business people with purpose in the area. Cost is very reasonable. I actually stayed in this hotel for three nights. I went there as walk-in on the first day because there were no rooms available by Booking.com. Happy to find an available room so I immediately checked in. My second and third night stay were through Booking.com.

There was a problem in the delay after reservations through Booking.com for my third night. The hotel receptionist did not received the Booking.com reservation automatically and they had to search for it. Aside from this, there are no problems.

Hotel room was comfortable only very small pillows.

I was shocked when I paid for 2 people and we stayed 3 nights, then in the morning breakfast, which was for additional charge, I requested very small amount of milk for 2 coffees and staff asked me every time that it's for additional 80PHP. This is unheard off and one time they even tell me why I don't like creamer. I am sorry, but as a European we do not use artificial creamers, we don't even use milk, but heavy cream and I ONLY asked for small glass of milk. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN ANY OTHER HOTEL IN PHILIPPINES while having breakfast !!! Shocking !!! I have been coming to this hotel for many years now, so not my first time, but this is amazing treatment !!!

The location is perfect. accessible to malls and resto. The breakfast is awesome, I love it. My room smelled so good, as I expected for a hotel. I love the scent you are using. May I know what is the name of the scent? I also love the 3-in-1 body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It is the same scent as the room scent, I think. I love very clean towels.

I love all. It met my expectations. On that day I was checked in at a different hotel for 2 nights but it was so bad. I packed and transferred to your hotel and I felt happy, I know I will have a restful vacation with a nice bed and facilities.

The location. It was near to establishment just walking distance.. Staff are friendly and approachable.

I was not able to get my breakfast because i have an early flight. I guess that should be given attention by the management. Providing take away breakfast for guest with earlyy flights. Anyway and i think it's not everyday that they will have this guest. There should be an exception when it comes to this kind of situation.. Besides it is already paid at least we should be given what we paid for 😊

I love the location because Parkmall is right across the street. It's so convenient to find restaurants near the hotel and the area is really Instagrammable. It's a great deal for the price and includes a free breakfast. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I noticed some mold on the tiles in the toilet. It would be great to have that cleaned, other than that, everything is really okay.

I liked the location, the chapel, the cafes and restaurants inside the hotel. The room was very clean, ac is working very good, pillows, sheets and linens were fresh and clean. Ample basement parking spots were available.

There was hardly enough water coming out of the shower head that we have to use either the bidet or the faucet using the pitcher as 'tabo' when taking a bath.

The room we stayed at was nice because it had 2 floors, a great deal for the small amount we had spent. The beds had comfy mattresses and comforters, and were clean enough to rest well. The view was especially great as we occupied the top floor and had a window leading up to the view of Parkmall and its surrounding roads. A night well spent!

The food was kinda bland for our taste. The aircon was cold enough for the whole penthouse .

Breakfast is good. We also are at restaurant at night and was surprised to find the meal excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times now, each time there is one or two things broken in CR. It's not a big deal but seems cr could be checked more

Rooms needed maintenance. Room 702 has an AC that makes way too much noise; room 619 had a leak in the toilet, that was solved by the way by the friendly staff. In room 630 the wash basin was loosely attached to the wall, matter of time till there will be problems
