Good value. Small but comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi was a little patchy but common the Philippines. 500 peso deposit per room at check in. Pool was inside but very hot room so not very relaxing place. The provided soap didn't lather so don't know if the water was hard. Not much around the hotel but only 20min drive to malls and 30min to airport.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Sarrosa International Hotel. The customer service was exceptional—the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, making the whole stay even more convenient. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the high level of safety and security throughout the hotel, which made me feel at ease during my entire stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Very nice and hospitable staff! Housekeeping team was very nice and friendly whenever we would pass by them, and would always consider our requests when we asked. The price is good considering for what you get, and the breakfast gives you energy for the day.

I wish the facilities, such as the gym was a bit more enjoyable though, as it was very hot in there, especially while working out. I sometimes also had issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, however it wasn’t a big issue to me.

My flight was delayed, I had limited internet time and I was able to agree with them, that my booking will stay in force, even though I would not be able to check in the same day. Location was good, with access to transport. Restaurants nearby. They have a parking garage.

Road noise comes in to the room quite strong. Windows are only single pane. I was surprised I could hear so much noise on 6'th floor. I did not think it to be possible for street noise to travel that high, as I have lived next to main road on 5'th floor and remember it being rather quiet. Shower water pressure could be better. No hair dryer.

Staff was always polite and went above and beyond to make sure accomodations were up to and exceeding expectations. The lobby, restaurant, hallways and room were all very clean and any issues that arose were handled promptly and with dignity and grace. Absolutely wonderful stay. I will 100% return to stay here when in Mandaue!

Buffet breakfast could have much more varieties, meal portions is so small for a price and transport to airport is very expensive 1300 pesos and non refundable if you cancel, but if you take a normal taxi it only cost 500 pesos....

The room was pretty good, the bed was nice and bouncy, the wifi was okay, the receptionists were really nice, and there's an available ATM outside the hotel exit.

The toilet smelled a bit when we got there though so we covered the drain using the trash can, there wasn't a proper parking space, and the pool was closed when we decided to go swimming.

The room was great. Bed wasn't as large as we'd liked but was comfortable. We had a small issue with small cockroaches running around which was the only disappointment. Everything else met expectations.
