They serve a variety of delicious food every day, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. One night, I had the chance to swim in the top pool, which offered stunning views from above. There’s also a convenience store and a laundromat nearby, which made the stay even more convenient.

The hotel could use some updates, especially in the bathroom fixtures, which feel a bit outdated. I hope they consider refurbishing them to better meet the expectations of guests who might find the style old-fashioned.

A suite that does not have cutlery in the room. Hotel only gives you one access card unlike to other hotels which gives you two cards. Our first room (deluxe room) failed spectacularly with our expectations, we were in a corner room, facing a WALL instead of the city view, and the fridge temperature is much colder than the room's air conditioning - hence, we upgraded 15 minutes later to their Suite.

Staff were outstanding as always. 9th Floor Bar were a little lacking this time. Sat there for 20 minutes and not one person came to take my order. Left without ever getting served. Hotel staff were outstanding. Room service was outstanding as well as the food. 9th Floor was the only negative to my stay. Nobody's perfect. For the value of the stay, would still recommend 7/10.

Castle Peak is truly a place for value, comfort, ease, and access! The rooftop view is stunning, especially during at nights, where they boast their rooftop bar with a staff so polite, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast is as sumptuous as it can get. And right across the street is where the ease of comfort kicks in: there's a bank, a spa, sa Korean restaurant, a night club (if you're up for it). Around the corner, you have Landers Superstore. And right beside the hotel property, is a small grocery store that has your basic needs.

The Deluxe Room had a comfortable King-size bed. The aircon was not too loud (split type) and the noise from the street is tolerable. We like the lounge/terrasse at the 9th floor in the evening. They have free parking for guests and it is easy to get a taxi.

The room had a bath tube; not convenient for elderly people to take a shower. It seems that the less expensive rooms have a normal shower, but they have noisy aircons.

I definitely liked the bathroom, it was westernized and the shower was separate from the toilet. My room had a Gigantic bead and staff was friendly !

My AC wasn’t the coldest and you have to keep your room key in a holder to keep the power on. The hotel did give me a second key for that but still wasn’t the coldest

Hotel is accommodating esp for my need for early check in. It is also in a central location. Also, the resto replaced my order when the food that came in was tooo salty.

Initially the resto blamed my taste buds for tasting the food "differently" 😅 but they relented and replaced the food so all is good.

staff in both restaurants were a little lazy had to keep asking for service they seem to forget they are workers they would keep listening to music l was in the restaurant at 6am food was cold also coffee asked about this they said this is it

Aircon was not cool enough, the remote provided did not work, requested assistance from reception, was told they’ll send someone to fix it, and no one came. Old carpet in room, very narrow bath tub.

Breakfast was good.. it's great the hotel serves Breakfast.. the location was nice.. I enjoyed the bar on top.. I'll be staying there again.. see u soon
