Rooftop beautiful view, location very close to airport. Restaurant and breakfast with lot of choice. Bed very comfy. Restaurant Ani is great also for the view and interior design. Staff very nice.

AC difficult to adjust. With cool mode I freeze, with fan I was feeling hot. No shade in the pool's roof top (extremely necessary). I had the brunch but most of the food was cold not even warm

I liked the location, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! It's not too expensive but everything was great value for money. I love the interior decorations. Grab/taxi drivers can locate it very easily. I booked 2 rooms - one for me and one for my dad. We were placed in the same floor, as I requested. My dad enjoyed being in the hotel. He was just happy to be in the hotel and not go anywhere. My dad loved the drinks and snacks provided. He also loved the buffet lunch and ala carte dinner. We did go out twice and it was easy to book a grab/taxi through the assistance of the reception staff. The staff are very helpful, polite - always ready to assist with a smile. There's a hospital next door, very reassuring to have one close by because my dad is 80 years old. In case of emergency, there's access to medical care next door.

I liked everything. Nothing to dislike as it's not so expensive but service and amenities are great.

I had a medical appointment so what I like best was the convenience to Maayo Hospital. Deluxe is big. Also, Bake&More food and coffee were good! I love about how friendly, helpful, smiling and attentive the staff are. And the peanuts that were served with the beer at the poolside were addictive!😁🫶🏻 I almost asked the kitchen if I can buy a lunch box size of it. 🤭

Minimal stuff though - when we arrived, the bidet was leaking that it flooded the bathroom floor. Also, shower tube leakage was as heavy as the shower. There certainly are rooms for improvement.

Loved the clean, spacious property. The pool and rooftop area was large with a great restaurant. Beds, pillows and sheets were so comfortable snd top quality. Staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. One can see that they take great pride in their profession. The gym was well maintained. Hotel was close to the airport.

The location is right in the middle of an industrial part of the city . We were also very surprised to see that the hotel was attached to the maayo hospital. Once we got used to the hotel, the hospital was irrelevant, however it was odd that the hospital was never mentioned in the hotel description or reviews.

- Very close proximity to the airport (approx a 10-15 min drive). - Hospital next door. - Close to a local mall. - lovely decor - modern and neutral - Spacious rooms - good AC - nice food in onsite restaurants - good breakfast butter (mainly Philippino/ Asian in style but there were some continental bits) - was able to give an on the go breakfast choice when we had to leave early x 2 mornings - free room minibar - staff were amazing - extremely polite and helpful (no request was too much). - nice roof top restaurant (has an indoor and outdoor section)

- only x 2 hand towels were provided in the bathroom, despite being a booking for x3 people. - little bit further out of Cebu city officially but can be accessed easily via grab (approx 30 mins)

The lobby and communal areas were very spacious, light and modern. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent quality.

Service times for drinks were ridiculously long, considering they were not at capacity. Once we waited 20 minutes for a simple cocktail. Seeing multiple staff standing around talking instead of clearing tables or checking on guests in the dining room was not encouraging. I have no idea why they would have two small double beds in a room when there is ample space for two Queen. They offered to put a rollaway in, but this would have cramped the room and meant my husband and I were not sleeping in the same bed. We squished into one double while our son had the other.

The highlight of this hotel is there excellent customer service. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially the guy who meet us in the lobby and helped with our stuff, and also the same person who helped us during checked out. We love the family room we stayed at, it was a huge room with two king beds and kitchenette. The cleanliness of the room is not top notched, but overall it was comfortable. Everyone are friendly and the hotel is very nice. And breakfast buffet is a plus.

The room floor have crumbs in the carpet. Kitchen sink needs new caulking its moldy. Shower caulking have molds. Shower heads is hard to move around.

Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay....The staff took very good care of me. Thankfully they had a nurse days and nights that checked on me frequently.They also had a special diet to help me recover...

The location is great for a few days and for airport access. It is not a place to access a lot of restaurants or shops so I don't recommend for a long stay... There is a very small mall within a 15 minute walk.... otherwise,you need a taxi to get around..

Clean, modern and spacious. Great view of the city. Handy to and from the airport, just about 15-20 minutes taxi ride. Comfy beds. Great food at Uma Restaurant, we had dinner there at a reasonable price. They offer yummy complimentary breakfast buffet. The icing on the cake is the impeccable service. The staff were amazing-- very helpful, warm and welcoming. Won't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to others.

No hand wash soap by the lavatory, needed to get into the shower to use the body wash soap.

We stayed here after travelling a month in the Philippines. I chose this hotel due to the cost and short travel time to the airport for flying home to England. The hotel is well presented with a an amazing tree incorporated into the reception area. The porter staff are extremely kind and helpful and took care of our bags at check in and during check out. I made a mistake and accidentally booked a room with twin beds, I didn't realise until we walked into the room. Giving a call to reception they were kind enough to find a room with a double bed and move us free of charge. Thank you so much for your consideration, it didn't go unnoticed and was handled very very quickly. The breakfast was good with plenty of options and the dining on the roof was great, lovely environment, nice views and fantastic staff. The rooms themselves are spacious with everything you need to enjoy a stay, the mini bar is completely free which surprised me. You can help yourself to snacks or cans of juice. The aircon is excellent and the tv is great with a strong signal and plenty to choose from.

There really wasn't anything negative to report on. I would have to think really hard to come up with something, the only thing that comes to mind is during the breakfast the Sikwate had been left on the stove too long and had a slightly burned flavour. The location did have a lot of traffic when we used grab to get a taxi to the IT park or to Colon Market. I think if you staying in cebu for a longer period it's maybe better to book closer so you can just walk into the malls or restaurants easier.
