I was originally booked in the rooms located at the the Cebu Dulcinea. However, it didn't have an elevator and I had sprained my foot earlier. They accommodated my request to transfer us to the rooms at the Semper Inn next door. We were very satisfied. My son and nephew loved the touch screen for the light switches and controls for the blinds. The rooms even have doorbells! :) The staff were very friendly and gave us suggestions regarding transportation. The security guard even hailed a jeepney for us. The van to the airport was also a great addition to our stay.

It's not so much as I didn't like. Just an observation about the bathroom/toilet floors. The shower and bathroom in the suite are in the same room and when one is showering, the water tends to pool in the toilet side and could get slippery.

This is sort of a "love hotel" near the Cebu airport, somewhat eccentrically decorated in the style of love hotels in Korea. The room is really spacious with a large bed, also a nice desk for plugging in a laptop. Bathroom was pretty nice. We reserved with a breakfast, which I thought was good though not really up to five star standards. The restaurant staff were willing to modify a preset menu to bring me some meat, which I really needed since I was recovering from illness; that was appreciated. They also helped us with sending a key to another hotel owner. Soft drink fridge at the front desk was convenient. Overall I thought this place was good value for Mactan.

Confusing to find, it is located off the main road behind a "sister" hotel property with a different name. Our taxi driver didn't know where it was but fortunately I noticed the sign as we passed it. You have to go up stairs to get to the hotel office, not the easiest thing if you're tired or have a lot of luggage. The restaurant is also located at the sister property, not at the Dulcinea, so you have to walk across a parking lot to get there.

I had a great time at Cebu Dulcinea Hotel and Suites. The best thing about it is the location. It's so close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers who don't want to deal with traffic or long drives. The hotel also offers pick up and drop off service, which is a nice bonus. I stayed there for one night with my family and we enjoyed the spacious rooms, and the friendly staff. we didn't get to try their breakfast because we needed to leave early for our flight but I am sure it will be good because they pay attention to details. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families who need to catch an early flight or just want a convenient place to stay in Cebu.

Honestly a fantastic stay! This was the first stop on my parent’s and I’s Philippines trip and it did not disappoint. There is definitely a culture shock to the surrounding area of the hotel but it’s not bad at all. The room is clean, cool and comfortable. If you like higher quality toiletries, I recommend bringing your own. Good wifi, stable for the most part. They clean your room if you’d like daily. Breakfast and restaurant staff were incredible. Delicious, authentic food and such hospitable and approachable staff. They gave us all the recommendations on what to do for our 4 days here. Free shuttle to/from hotel was easy to schedule and on time. Very easy to reach hotel for questions. They have currency exchange at the front desk and a mall super close right across the street. They also hail taxis for you need be. There’s also a great massage place downstairs. Can’t beat it for the price and quality. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to raise this since I booked the property thru booking.com, I was surprised when they asked for the CVV of my CC to proceed with payment. My mom who stayed at the property ended up paying which defeats the purpose of me booking it for them Can someone from the hotel clarify this process? CVVs are not to be shared. They gave me an option to provide CVV or pay via gcash which was not an option for me. Although the booking went well, and we love that there is airport shuttle.

Great staff; loved the free shuttle from the airport. The gentleman Carrie’s my luggage up two flights to the hotel!! The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful in answering all my questions. The room was way nicer than expected; spacious, great bathroom and king sized bed. Super comfy!! The complimentary breakfast was yummy with espresso machine and lots of choices on the menu that are included. Overall a great stay; better than expected!!

The sign in the room said free cold water but it seemed like a hassle for them to give it to me…? I thought this was strange. Take down the sign if you want guests to pay for the water. Also, it would be a really nice touch to have two small bottles in the room when you arrive. Especially after a long flight!!

Sempre Premier Inn-MACTAN AIRPORT HOTEL M.L. Quezon National Highway, Lapu-Lapu City, 6015 Cebu, Philippines +639176269872. we were kindly transferred and this review is about this Premier Inn though they are just located in the same area in a different block. it is so modernized and relatively small faculty including a room. But, I am satisfied as all conditions were similar to ones of motel or budget hotel in Korea. I will come back when I am travel back to Cebu and need a budget type accommodation in clean environment. Thank you for your complimentary offer to us this time.

Very large room, but not an actual suite! All the amenities you could require, except an iron. Great location, 10 minute drive to the airport. Staff were excellent and very happy to help. Your luggage is carried up for you by security guards; please tip! It's a but misleading as the actual hotel is on the second floor, behind its sister hotel. The ground floor business units were being renovated so building work going on during the day but not at all noisy and finishes at 4pm. There's a great massage place on the first floor. I had 3! Very professional and about £12 for a 90 minute feet and body package. There's a brilliant 7/11 store across the road where we spent nights drinking and chatting to the locals. 5 minutes walk to the large shopping mall and a great, cheap laundry service 5 minutes walk on the same side of the road as the hotel. The security team were fabulous. spent many an hour chatting to them at night. Friendly and funny and most helpful. Thank you guys, especially the younger one!

A Bar and an iron and board.

We were booked first at Dulcinea Hotel. When we arrived in the hotel, we were placed in the 3rd floor and no elevator. We requested to be transferred at the Sempre Premier Inn (their new hotel with elevator) since we are all seniors. The Hotel Manager allowed us to transfer and we are very thankful for their kindness and understanding. Food served in their restaurant was very delicious.

I didn't only like was the bathroom assigned to us. Whenever we take a bath, the water is not flowing in the floor sink and overflowing at the entrance of the bathroom Maybe the reason was the level of the flooring. May I suggest there is a need to be cemented at the center the area for bath and for the toilet bowl so that the water coming from the shower will not flow to the toilet bowl.

There was no free breakfast but there was a restaurant at the motel in front of them and it had an excellent restaurant and very reasonably priced.

They didn't have an elevator and they were on the third floor. But their security guard helped me carry the luggage all the way up. And when we left the carried my luggage all the way down. So they're friendliness and helpfulness helped out for a minor thing like no elevator.
