Great security, had full functionality of the room, modern electronics and digital controls for everything. Shuttle to airport was included and was great to use.

A nice hotel 10 minutes from the airport. We stayed overnight here on the way from Moalboal to Coron. The flight was early morning, so we used a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport (the transfer works from 6 a.m., so it was very convenient and just for us). The room is small, but clean and comfortable for 2, without smells. Had TV with Netflix, hot water. Close to the hotel is McDonald's, where we couldn't help going for lunch. On the roof there is a cool roof top bar with the view of the Mactan: the food was nice and cool cocktails, had dinner there.

All was good, can recommend.

This is the best hotel room I have ever had in a city world wide , electric curtains, USB ports earthier side of bed and on main desk, the bed was so relaxing and comfortable I just had to have a wee sleep in , not like me, the staff are amazing and to top it off free airport shuttle both ways for FREE, honestly that’s a big saving right away, roof top view of Cebu, was amazing, Thanks very much to a well organized and lovely clean hotel I could not fault ❤️❤️❤️

Ideal place to stay if you’re needing to go to the airport. Room was very clean, shower was great & the bed was so comfy! 2 pillows each with very comfy sheets & mattress. An added bonus that the hotel had a big smart tv which had Netflix with the hotels account logged in already. Shuttle service was very easy and convenient & great that it was included in the price of our stay. Hotel is also in a great area to get food delivered too, there’s also a McDonald’s a couple minutes walk down the road.

This is my second stay at Sempre and it was even more impressive than my first time around. Everything about this place is top notch - from the well-equipped, sparkling clean room with its amazingly comfortable bed, to the incredibly helpful staff and the free shuttle back-and-forth to the airport. The icing on the cake is the new rooftop bar with the spectacular view of the city … and wait, it’s gets better, a complementary drink to enjoy the view! I wish I could take this hotel and plunk it down in other Philippine locations. Just a great deal all around!

There’s nothing I don’t like about the hotel. The area isn’t very exciting, but each time I’ve stayed it’s been a stop over transiting in and out of Cebu, so the surroundings aren’t that important to me.

I have used this hotel in Lapu Lapu many times already and will continue to do so ...I am often in transit from international flights to other parts of the Philippines and have always found the staff very friendly, helpful , and polite. I am appreciative of the well organised shuttle , included in the price of stay, and the standard of accommodation against price for the "out of city" location. I hope to use this in the future again.

Nothing really. This hotel is an excellent choice for business and transit passengers like myself. I know most is beyond the control of the hotel owner, but the disarrayed power cables very near the outside of the hotel is a health and safety risk. However I am fully understanding that the local population also suffer the same, and often their plight is worse.

I first like the smiles you get while the front door is opened for you as you arrive by security then welcomed by front desk staff lyca mia are the ones who stuck in my head. I arrived early so had to kill some time before check in, I was told about all facilities and bought a Breakfast for next day. The happy smiles never stopped from front desk to maid staff. My room was upgraded which I did not even ask for and we'll pleased. Had a great view off bridge and harbour very impressed with auto open window curtains bedside controls of aircon and lights. The showeroom was amazing size with clean towels and dental kit. I had an issue with hot water but staff came up double time to sort it. Shower was relaxing best TV channels Netflix YouTube and Google. Mini Fridge was stocked with beer water coffee tea provided. I went down for dinner and staff all so nice Stephanie very welcoming and dinner was tasty beef soup grilled chicken avacado drink and rice. Chef was excellent. WiFi had good connectivity never dropped once. On time to leave hotel offered a free shuttle to airport which actually was done early and driver was safe and helpful.

Really great value airport hotel! Room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed. The airport shuttle was prompt and got me there in 10 minutes for an early morning departure. Also enjoyed having an on-site cafe; had a lovely dinner there after a long travel day. Wide variety of food selections and reasonably priced. There’s also a mall with various fast food options accessible via a pedestrian bridge across the street. I would happily stay here again!

No major complaints. The wifi kept cutting in and out in my room, but I was really here just to sleep, so it wasn’t a huge deal for me.

I always book this hotel every time I'm in Cebu, good value of money and accessible to most of the places i wanted to go. Bonus is is free shuttle pick up and collect from and to the airport , 5-10 minutes away from the airport is really convenient

the bed is a little bit uncomfortable as it's too soft or a bit saggy, and i think need extra pillow rather than only 2

Very good quality technology has been installed and the food was excellent and the staff in the kitchen and food servers where just great and friendly the front desk was helpful and really I believe went out of their way to help with getting a taxi for you and even telling you how much it would cost the bed was comfortably the TV net-flex and wifi very good just wish I could of stayed longer with my wife to be she loves the place very happy and contented with everything that you get
