The breakfast was delicious. Great communication from staff with regards to van pick-up. On the day of our departure, the taxi to the airport only took 8 minutes which is amazing considering it was rush hour on a weekday. They also had reasonably priced laundry that made our trip even more convenient. The beds were comfortable although I wish we were given more than one pillow person. Room was spacious and I love the layout of the double bed. There are many outlets in the room and had one next to both lower and upper beds which was incredibly convenient. The little hub for storage by lower bed shows the thought made for laying out the room.

Our room was in the third floor and the space by the stairs and hallway was a little tight which made it a little difficult to bring our luggage up and down. The students across the street practice their drums in the afternoon which make the noise all the way up to the rooms. They stop long before we sleep but the practice is long enough that it can be bothersome.

Everything was absolutely great — both the communication and the treatment by the staff were excellent. The room was super clean; it’s true that there’s no window, but for a night’s stay, it’s not a problem at all. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge. Everything was spotless — even the towels were clean and without any strange stains, unlike what some other reviews mentioned. There was toilet paper available, and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was included and quite generous: there was chicken, rice, eggs, pancakes, bread, and instant coffee and tea. It was a very complete meal for being included in the price. The best part, without a doubt, was the free shuttle to the airport. You just need to message them on the day you arrive, and you don’t have to worry about anything else — they take care of it. It’s true that the hotel is located on the main road, so it can be a bit noisy, and the rooms are not very well soundproofed. However, nothing that a good pair of earplugs can’t fix. Also, we stayed in one of the inner rooms, away from the road, which helped a lot with the noise.

The room has a really big bed with soft mattress with cozy ambience. My favorite part during this stay is the room’s bed, it’s really good to have a comfy bed… especially after we enjoyed Sinulog. A big mirror is also available. Complimentary breakfast is also good since there are choices like rice, bread and pasta. When in comes to drinks, there are also options like coffee, tea or juice. Staffs are really wonderful. I was not able to reply to their message about ETA in airport a day before our arrival but they still fetch us from the airport even in a short notice.

The location is along the highway and in second floor but not that high so it was okay. Bathroom smells weird but bearable. Tv is not smart tv and there are no available good channels to watch to during our stay. Only one chair in the room despite the super long table.

The one-way airport transfer was very convenient, and the free breakfast was a nice treat. The location is great for those who want to stay close to the airport, with Gaisano Mall, restaurants, sari-sari stores, and a 7-Eleven nearby. WiFi was excellent, making it easy to stay connected. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and even kept our luggage for a week while we traveled before returning for a night before our flight to Siargao. Perfect for a short and hassle-free stay!

I wish there were more breakfast options for non-Filipino guests, but other than that, it was a convenient stay for anyone wanting to be near the airport. One thing to note is that the hotel entrance is on the 2nd floor. The staff is happy to assist with luggage, but it’s something to consider, especially for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. Just sharing this in case it's helpful or informative for others.

Location is very near to the airport and they have free shuttle service. Breakfast feels like home. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Clean bathroom and with shower area isolated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass door w/c ensures non-shower area is dry.

Property is at the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building w/c is inconvenient if you have plenty of luggages. That being said, the place is not recommended for travellers with PWDs or senior citizen as there is no elevator that will take them to the 2nd or 3rd floor. Corridors are also a bit narrow for wheelchairs to access. Restaurants near the area are limited but is a non-issue if you have FoodPanda/Grab Food.

The family room was very spacious and super comfortable. The mattresses were the best we had in all SE Asia, and the first time we had an actual King size bed. The kids also loved the bunk beds. For dinner, Kanto Street Ramen across the road was excellent. The breakfast food was good enough (not amazing). The transfer to the airport came promptly and got us to CEB in 5-6min.

A little bit noisy from traffic and karaokes around until 11pm/12am. The neighborhood isn’t the most welcoming but it didn’t feel sketchy either.

I was surprise with the room! I call it small but terribly big enough to fit 4 people in the room. The breakfast was amazingly good. The location is in the middle of everything and very close to the airport which is what we choose. The staff was all very hard working especially our cook, he does help you with your luggage and laundry as well as cleaning the rooms upon check out. He is just a jack of all trades. Very good value for money. Helpful staff, good service. The included breakfast and complimentary water was also nice. The airport shuttle service was very helpful. The AC and shower worked, three room was big, and the bed was comfortable. I would certainly consider staying here again if we need accommodation near the airport.

The dining room for the breakfast was too warm. The room did not keep out the traffic noise or sound from the corridor. Fortunately for us it was a pretty quiet evening.

Arriving from an 18-hour flight with jetlag and exhaustion, it would have been better if there was sample size soap in the room just to wash hands and quickly refreshed. Though you can find it in their public toilet located in the hall. I didn't pack up travel size soap, thinking this was standard provisions after the covid. But I think you can ask for it at the reception.

Lays perfectly n the main city of Lapu-Lapu. Bankomat 1 stage lower, mall with supermarket in the cellar 400m right on the other side of the street. If the traffic scares you, don't worry, there's a pedestrian bridge 300m left, 100m before arriving the mall. If the traffic don't scares you, 2 parking lots are available, directly in front of AmarisBnB. By the way -B like breakfast - traditional and verrrrrrry tasty. Thought about longering the trip to get more. :-D
