There was no breakfast in the property but definitely you can make your own coffee, the mall is just across and theres a coffee shop downstairs. A family can stay here. If you have netflix you can just input your account. Aircon was cool enough! There was a double size comfy bed, a pull out sofa and there was a mattress as well!

Honestly, the condominium is jampacked with people so it is understandable that you’ll be waiting for the elevator

Love the location. Unit is very clean and well setup. WiFi is fast. Host replies quickly to messages.

The only thing stopping me from giving this a perfect 10 rating is that it's missing a microwave. I don't have time to cook on vacation so I just order deliveries and it's difficult to reheat quickly without the microwave.

2nd stay with this unit. Same as before, this unit is always clean and peaceful to stay in. The decorations are great, it makes you feel at home.

The only thing preventing me from leaving a 10 point score is the lack of microwave. Maybe next time I come back it will be available.

Thank you for providing an amazing place to stay. Staff were very accommodating and were prompt to help. The condo was almost perfect. The air-conditioning unit was dirty and did not cool well. Other than that everything was great.

Seamless check in and check out. Location is near SM City. Fast internet connection. Feels like home.

adding items in the room id say was pretty well thought out! one of the great reasons why id choose this type of accommodation over hotels! you get comfort.. you get aesthetic.. and you get to bring home on your short stay cos thats exactly what it felt like

would suggest putting in coasters and placemats too.. should keep the table from getting spills and getting wet! also if there was additionally sugar and cream for coffee

Its a very comfortable little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. We cooked a few meals on our 4 night stay and loved staying there. The aircon is quiet and the TV was excellent with Netflicks and Wifi a bonus. Also the location for shopping is great as its just of the road from the big Cebu SM Mall. The host also allowed us a late check out as we had a late ferry to catch, the ferry terminal is about 5 or so mins by taxi, its ideal.

It needs a bit of cleaning especially the fridge it was a bit smelly and the drawers too. We have to refrain from opening the fridge.

The place is small but cozy..at home na home kami...maybe we will come back again to this place..super near sa SM walking distance..

The AC is so cold we love it. The room is cozy. We can cook the refrigerator is clean the whole place is clean
