The breakfast offered at the hotel is quite satisfying, and the staff consistently demonstrate a high level of accommodation and courtesy towards guests. Their reliability in all aspects greatly enhances the overall experience.

Everything's going great! No negative impression all through out our stay. everything is good and we really appreciated all the hotel staff for being accommodating we commend them all including the security guards.Our experience has been fantastic!

Friendly Staff, good location for the Malls, especially to apply for a Visa extension at GMall. Affiliated with KiWi Hotel whome I also use a lot, which explains their professionalism.

Location and tranquility

It's closer to the church, mall, and our target venue. The staff are very accommodating—they proactively transferred us from the barkada room to a double queen-size room to ensure our kids' safety.

Clean rooms, friendly staff

Poor wifi connection at 7th floor at the room near the corner side of the building. The management should pay attention to this since wifi is the most sought after tool for travelers.

Location is very strategic. Close to shopping malls and is situated in the main road. Clean and cozy.

The hotel's attempt to replace my originally booked accomodation by claiming that the room has problem(the staff gave two contradicting reasons).

The property is in the city and you have all the access to wherever you want to go. SM city cebu is nearby and walking distance. Laundry services is also around the area. Other leisure stores (coffee shops, spa, retaurants, club) is just a 10 min drive w/o traffic. 711 is in the same bldg with the property. Mabolo staff are accommodating. Rooms are clean, good airconditioning. You can see the city proper by your window.

Water facilities. No bidet in the toilet room. Showers and bath tubs were old.

Property is just 30 minutes away from airport and 10 minutes walk from sm cebu. There is also 711 in the ground which helped a lot with our basic needs. staff are also courteous and kind and very accommodating with our requests.

There are times that water is too weak.

walking distance to sm city, short ride to ayala, us consulate and they upgraded us for free. We will return for appointments and cebu city shopping as we live far south about 2 hours.

they need a color copier for visitors, The cable tv has the cheapest package.

Convenient location, close to the pier, and close to the church. Friendly service, and there's a convenience store downstairs.
