My wife and I loved the size and layout of the room. It was nice that there was a balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area. The look of the grounds during the day was very nice however at night it looked even more spectacular with the lighting on the grounds. Both pools were very nice and even though we had only 5 days to explore the Camotes Islands we spent one full day in the resort enjoying the facilities. The staff were very kind, helpful, friendly and plus still professional. We really, really loved the quiet and slower place of the Camotes Islands and the Camotes Ocean Heaven Resort. We were picked up and dropped off at the ferry terminal by the resort which was so nice.

We can’t actually think of anything. After the hectic, noisy and busy time in Lapu-Lapu and Cebu we really needed the quiet and slower pace of the Camotes. Still relatively undiscovered by tourism we just hope it stays this way.

After reading the reviews on Booking, we hesitated between this resort and another one on Santiago Bay and the Ocean Heaven Resort clearly exceeded our expectations and we even extended our stay there. We loved the place, the swimming pools, our bedroom was huge with all the necessary amenities and terrace as well. We knew the property wasn t beachfront but it is literally a 2 min walk from another resort that lets you in to see the sunset ( we didn t have to pay but we had dinner in the resort everynight).We rented a scooter for the whole week for 500 PHP per day. Breakfast consists of a filipino or western choice, and on sunday there was a huge buffet breakfast ( maybe because there were a lot of people). The pools close at 10 pm which is great for a refreshing after dinner dip, we loved the laid back and serenity of the place. Staff is also great, caring for your everey need and endlessly smiling. One can buy drinks at the reception and at the pool bar and restaurant. Free pick up and drop off to Consuelo port is also a bonus.

We would have loved to try the restaurant but last order is at 7.30 pm which is a bit early for us. Other than that, all very good.

Professional and welcoming Staff. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet and peaceful environment. Good tv channels. Had a fridge. Plenty of storage. Everything worked. WiFi was better here at the room but it does come and go.This is standard across the Island. X2 pools. Lovely grounds. Well cared for. Decent restaurant. No stray dogs roaming around the grounds. Free pick up service from port in good sized vehicle. Great communication via email/ whatsapp. Also stayed in a neighbouring newer hotel and this one was more comfortable and the room is better and quieter for longer stays. Across the road is a small kiosk where you can rent a scooter at a good price if you have it for a few days. Just ask for a discount. Breakfast has basic choices but better than our poor offering at a neighbouring hotel. Nice restaurant for lunch or evening meals. Just down the road is a well known resort you can pay a small fee to walk around,. Don't think they charge you if you use their restaurant. Good place to see the sunset. Lots of dogs around tho. They urinate on all the sunlounges etc, also annoy guests. You can also pay a small fee to use their pool. It is a bit dated tho. If I had the choice again, I would have chosen Camptes Ocean Heaven Resort as a long term base to stay.

Had to close curtains all the time to have privacy from people walking past. Maybe better sun lounges to relax around the pool areas.

Really good resort with a nice service, pool was clean. The room is modern and cosy and protect from noises. I recommand the resort, was better thaht we were expeted. Room service for breakfast and dinner😊

Sometimes the personal is omniprésent but all the time nice with us. The only point négatif is the smell come from the bathroom.

Location is very accessible, just 7-10 minutes away from the Port , receptionist is very helpful, stayed there for 2 nights for my boyfriend's birthday with my family , asked them to sing a happy birthday to him, unfortunately they do not have any cake hence, the receptionist is very proactive in looking for ways to sing for him and she asked the kitchen staff to create a happy birthday dedication for him in a plate as canvas and written by a ketchup, really appreciate it.Will surely come back next time.

I'll just enumerate things that we really like: 1. They have a free pickup and drop off in Consuelo Port. Staff are nice and hospitable. 2. The place is so nice, clean and no mosquitos at night. 3. Our room size just right. Looks and smells clean. Bedsheets, pillows, and towels are white, soft and clean too. After a long day is nice to sleep in proper bed 😍❤️. Enough cabinets for luggages and things. 4. We have tv and cable channels. 5. Coffee cup and kettle inside the room. 6. Shower is strong with hot water, body shampoo and body wash (full on point) not like previous hotel we stay we have to ask to fill it up. 7. Have free breakfast and the prices for lunch is reasonable. 8. The scooter rental is cheaper here (we should have known before asking outside 🤦‍♀️) And also have small van rental for family. 9. Water dispenser is available in lobby and dinning area. 10. Pool seems fun because of slides 11. Swimsuit and souvenir shop located inside. Overall we really Love our stay here. We just scouting for our next trip here in camotes with family and we definitely recommended this place. The price is right for the service and cleanliness.

Nothing really. We are satisfied in our stay. But they do forgot the mixing sticks to mix coffee and sugar in the room. But no big deal.

The Resort in generally was good experience and I would recommend it to other people, the pools were excellent and clean; the staff were accommodating and always ready to assist.

There was outside the resort some music which was outdated electronic music that played until 4 am which was irritating, and we could not sleep; the second night was lovely with no music. They did not have an ATM or electronic payments so was difficult to pay. They did not have their own beach

Beautiful grounds and pools... The room was big and very clean, as was the entire property. The resort picked us up, and the port and took us directly to the property, which was only about 10 minutes away. It was beautifully lit at night, but unfortunately, the pools were not even though they were open until 10 p.m.. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it to eat.

There are no lights in the pools, or they weren't on. Also, each pool had a beautiful waterfalls landscaped in, but they were not flowing. No hot water shower...

Service - 11 out of 10 I have quite a few hotel experiences both inside and outside the country. But this resort has the best service, so far! The owner and staff were very kind. I got hospitalized in Camotes on our first night there due to an asthma attack. The owner was even the one who drove us to the hospital - about 11km away from the resort, in the middle of the night. The owner was very considerate and even asked if we were able to bring money with us and waited for us until the doctor said I'd be admitted. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They made time to memorize our choices like water(hot or cold) and drink choices. They are always all smiles to you and would always want their guests to have a good and fun time. Will definitely come back with the family soon!

The Island Is beautiful, and so is the resort! Comfortable room, no damp, amazing swimming pool and spacious garden, access to the sunset spot and beach a minute away, near Consuelo port, reasonable priced scooter rental (in immaculate condition!), and American or Pinoy breakfast and restaurant. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. What more can you ask for? Thank you Ocean Heaven resort for the great time!
