Friendly staff, clean pool, good breakfast

the road is not good, swimming only in the pool; not allowed to swim in the see for safety reasons

The pool area was nice as well as the possibility to use the beach and pool at a sister hotel using a shuttle. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were large and we had a beautiful sea view.

The hotel is completely isolated. There is nothing (restaurants, taxis, shops, groceries) nearby. For a day or two ok but otherwise a location in the middle of Mactan would be better for more amenities. The shuttle to the beach hotel left either at 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM which wasn't terribly convenient. The menu for the evening wasn't inspiring and the food was nothing special.

All of the staff were so friendly and very helpful, I booked online only one hour before our arrival and was able to check in within 10 minutes of arriving, with a complimentary drink on arrival😊 I love that it was so far away from everywhere else one road in and one road out no busy traffic😊 and the food was delicious.

There is many mosquitoes getting around on ground level while eating in the restaurant make sure to wear plenty of bug spray. A big letdown was not being able to swim in the ocean due to all of the Sharp rocks (coral) surrounding the coastline. Air-conditioner filters in our room were very dusty blocked but once we cleaned them, the room was great

The friendly and quirky staff, Shiela and Analyn will make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The view from the hotel room balcony. The food they have to offer is great too. The room had the basic amenities like a fridge and a kettle. Yes the accommodation was quite far but I knew that beforehand and wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

The TV did not have Netflix or youtube, wasnt a bother for me but it was for my girlfriend, other than that it was a relaxing place to be. The shower did not have a heating function at first but the staff was quick to fix that.

Location was great very nice sea views staff where all very friendly and professional I would stay again but would definitely like to see a few small maintenance issues sorted and the entrance completing

Tv ariel wasn't connected door was abit stiff so had to slam to close properly and the entrance is unfinished it was hard to find initially place just wants abit of maintenance and the entrance properly opening up and it could be very nice breakfast was ok a few flys around near the food.

Everything went great, the food was nice. The staff were always kind and friendly. We didn't use the facilities like the pool and gym. But the pool looked great. The bar restaurant and our room were very modern. It can be expensive to get a taxi out there from the airport, but if you're staying for more than one night, the views are worth the trip.

Peaceful and quiet. Great location for peace and quiet but still 15-45 minute drive to anything you need!!!! Located at the end of the island.

I loved everything! I see most people complain about location so just don’t stay there if you mind taking taxis or driving to get or see anything. This is a place away from things. A place to relax and slow down.

Very nice hotel far away from noise and people. I always rent a bike so my transportation was so easy. Very friendly people very clean and the sea view ans sunset brilliant. Definitely my place for Cebu. Very nice Iced capuchino

Some times Internet is not working

The staff were incredibly thoughtful and brought a cake to my room upon check-in. I had asked if I could bring my own cake, but since outside food isn't allowed, they kindly offered a complimentary cake instead. They even prepared it beforehand, so when I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find the candle already lit

Secluded..no kids running around, the view

I found that the carpet caused my allergies to act up...because everytime I was out side by the pool or just outside the room in general, my breathing was great. Only when staying in the room did my allergies start.
