Great Selection of breakfast every day The staff were wonderful...On the morning shift ...Jess was so funny great guy...Devine and Chef were so good The food was amazing ...tried most of the dishes ...great menu Beach is beautiful The room is very clean and perfect Loved the shower !!

Next door neighbor's room was very noisy.... but is not the fault of the resort Next-door Construction was noisy for the first two days, but the staff sorted it out and moved me out to the other side

The place is beautiful and the staff were great and courteous. However,improvements needed on the beach front area. Seating were available but there's no umbrellas. The beach ⛱️ and the ocean itself could use a daily maintenance of cleaning out the moss and rocks so that the guest can enjoy the oceanfront to swim or simply relaxed and enjoy the ocean breeze. People all over the world 🌎 book to stay in hoping for relaxing days on the beach ⛱️.

Ocean beach front needed some improvements for guests all over the world can enjoy. There's seating area but no umbrellas. Too focused on swimming pool..ummm, everywhere you stay has a pool. But the ocean is neglected. It's slimy ,tons of rocks and trash are floating around. Please 🙏 clean the ocean front for the guests to enjoy 😉 ⛱️🌎

Unfortunately the pool was closed . Children wasn't to keen on the beach as its not as clean. We found diaper on the beach . It was early in the morning though.

Stuff was very nice at all times, they even got a guy to come to the hotel to exchange some money. Breakfast was amazing !

My pijama short disappeared on my second day there.. I thought maybe when they changed the bedsheets probably they had taken it by mistake but the sheets wasnt change.. so im not sure where the pants went .. Thats ok, its just a short. But just be more carefull on that... And also I got some itchiness on my body on my stay there could be bed bugs or anything else. Who knows... but I didnt have it before or after I left the hotel

it’s a beachfront, the scenery from our room is breathtaking. It has 1 pool for adults and kids. If not for the hot humid weather, there’s a mall that is walking distance though most of the stores are still closed bec of Covid n the storm they went through. it has also a function room for events. 2 restaurants inside the resort

although it’s clean. the hotel needs to be maintained and updated. they need to provide better towels those towels were old or overused even the pillows. although I enjoyed the breakfast that comes with my package for 5 nts. it should have more selection and different everyday.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurants and bar was enjoyable throughout our stay. The pool and sand area were fantastic for relaxation, complemented by a well-equipped gym and decent facilities overall. Its proximity to the airport was convenient, and we appreciated the amenities when we decided to spend extra time at the property.

The hotel didn’t respond to my emails about tours or pick-ups, which initially lowered my expectations. The room had a slight odour and lacked a view of the beach, which was a bit disappointing. While the beach itself had algae, making it less appealing, the other amenities compensated for it.

The resort was very large with beautiful sea views! Buffet breakfast was amazing with a large variety of foods from cooked savoury to pancakes and eggs to juice and coffee. Staff were very very attentive (at breakfast, reception, life guard, security and cleaning) we could not fault the staff whatsoever.

The restaurant itself was expensive compared to other places and it did take some time for food to come out but staff were very attentive and communicative. The bathrooms were slightly rundown but still functional and cleanish. The floors did get very wet and slippery as the shower screen did not cover fully. The resort was a short 10 min drive out from the Cebu city centre. We hired a scooter to navigate this but otherwise grab was very accessible

The staff were excellent to us. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond including front desk (Remembered / addressed us all by name), lifeguards (were great with our toddler), maids and restaurant/bar staff. They figured out it was our toddlers birthday and sang to her / brought her cheese cake with a candle. All of the food was great and they more than happy to modify dishes for my wife's allergies / to reduce spice for our toddler. There was variety and quality at breakfast / on our last day due to lower occupancy the hot parts of the buffet were replaced with table service which was even better. The room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and air conditioning had no problem despite the current heat. Our toddler also loved the transparent canoe and the pool had a separate 2' area for small kids. For the money we paid it's difficult to fault.

The room had a mild damp smell. The pool had some loose grit in the bottom - unsure if the pool surface is wearing or if it's been walked in from the beach. As others have said the beach is artificial / not th most comfortable to walk on.

Resort is as expected from the pictures and description. Very pretty, yummy drinks and food, and small thoughtful extra's in the rooms. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff at all locations were very helpful and nice!! Extra activities available. With the Grab app it is easy and cheap to get to other locations on the island.

The pool area was nice but could use some more seating and shading.

only during breakfast!some food taste not fresh!especially the bread and the boiled eggs were overcooked!it would be nice if its als they serve real fresh juice since we have a lot fruits in Philippines!and lots of choices with the fruits!
