The location is excellent if you want access to mactan newtown beach, which is free for guests. The pool is also excellent, and the gym facility. Also, beside the beach is a ferry to Olango Island. Go island hopping from there, its 1/3 of the price, and visit the Marine Sanctuary out on the Boardwalk. The staff were very accommodating and concierge always helpful.

First room I had did have a smell, but front desk will sort out any issue you have.

New and clean hotel. On the edge of Mactan Newton, with many restaurants etc within walking distance. About 20 min walk to Hilton Port.

Not very good at providing information without us having to ask about everything. For example, we didn't know until afterwards that we had free access to Mactan Newtown Beach, so we unnecessarily paid 650 pesos per person.

We stayed at the Belmont as we had an early flight in the morning and the location is perfect to get to the airport but it's far enough away from it that you don't hear the planes coming and going. It was nice and close to other eateries

We had dinner at the hotel and unfortunately the only place to eat was at the pool as the main restaurant had a function on and was unavailable for dinning. The food was lovely but the pool deck was very windy. It's a shame they didn't have another location.

Quality new hotel, excellent condition, great staff. Area is Mactan new town so lots of new construction going on, close to bars anc restaurants . Good spot for a couple of days when headed into Cebu to acclimatise . Airport 10 mins away 2-300 peso . Don’t get ripped off by taxi guys .. on tried to hit me up for 4k .. use GRAB to get real costs

Friendly staff and very helpful and was excellent in the restaurant just recommend some changes on the breakfast and dinner buffet, alot of people don't want noodles for breakfast. I Suggest bacon and scrambled eggs and maybe BLT sandwiches! Dinner maybe steak with mashed potatoes and mixed veg!

Everything was pretty good, just want to point out one thing...the singer on Friday and Saturday night she's gotta stop the Wah Wah thing when she's singing it annoyed alot of people . Great singer..beautiful but stop with the Wah Wah! Lol 😆

Tge staffs were so helpful and active to help out with anything. The location may seem to be far if you want to go to Cebu city, but it was near the beach and in a very convenient and safe area of Mactan....love it

The room is quite compact but comfprtable

I like how welcoming the hotel staffs are, all smiles and very accomodating. The beach and pool outside was very nice although very crowded, it's understandable for we went when it was summer. I enjoyed swimming in the pool area because they also have a bar . They also have a pool area inside the hotel but I didn't have the time to try. Location wise, it is quite far if you are there for activities like tours so better choose tours that includes transfer within the hotel area for your convenience. The place itself is secure and accessible with lots of restaurants and markets around it. You can find 7eleven, robinsons and food park nearby. Taxi bay and and public transport is only few minutes walk away.

I hope they can have more hangers to hang clothes and wider space for it too. We stayed four nights and there was only limited space for clothes so we were force to just leave them inside our luggage. As for the breakfast buffet, we were a little bit disappointed because the selection is limited. For reference, we stayed at different hotels before with much better breakfast buffet. I hope they can improve for better client satisfaction.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information while remaining proactive. The room was cleaned daily and met expectations. The beach was conveniently close, just a 10-minute walk away, with a shuttle service operating on a regular schedule to the beach. On weekends, the breakfast menu featured a variety of options.

Except on weekends, breakfast had limited choices. I arrived early in the day, and even though a room was available, they charged me an early check-in fee. My wife wasn't feeling well, so I called the hotel's medical service. The conversation with the nurse, not a consultation with a doctor, occurred in the lobby.

We were hesitant to book at first after reading a couple of reviews but eventually decided to just book anyway. It turned out to be a pleasant stay. The size of the Superior Double Room was okay for us, decent enough. There were a lot of sockets and were compatible with types B, C, & G which were what we have for our devices but I believe could accommodate more types. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not try the buffet as we don’t typically eat breakfast. Was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews and I am very particular with the taste as I myself cook but we have tried the ala carte menu and was surprisingly good especially everything in the special Sampaguita menu, Romesco Chicken, Pork Humba, Mussels in Wine, (pastry for the apple pie was slightly undercooked but taste was okay). Plus ALL the staff were really nice, friendly, polite, and always greets you with a smile.

The first thing that we noticed was the smell im the bathroom. It most likely came from the drain, quite strong but decided not to make a fuss about it as it was our last hotel towards the end of our Cebu holiday. We still had a great view especially in the evening, there was no disturbing sound although we were at the corner room in the 19th floor. We just bought Glade gel for the room & the bathroom plus another Glade spray to manage the smell im the bathroom. There was also a faint smell inside the elevators. The mini fridge/chiller was not working at first but was fixed immediately after we called. There were a few times it takes several rings, and twice we had to call a second time before they pick up your call even when not on busy hours.
