The room felt very clean and spacious. It was quiet, comfortable, and had all te necessary amenities. The hotel's facilities are amazing. They have a big reception with a bar, where they seem to play live music every single evening. Their gym is extremely clean and wonderfully equipped. You can access it 24/7 and there are showers at the gym itself. Close to the gym is also a spa/massage place, which looked very good, but we didn't manage to try that out. They have a beautiful, well maintained garden (including bar and hammocks) which shields you off from the city, and next to it a beautiful swimming pool. We also had breakfast included in our stay, and let me tell you, the breakfast is absolutely wonderful. It has a lot of variety, tastes very fresh, and they make sure there is always enough. So you don't have to worry going to breakfast a bit later. Last but not least, the service has been exceptional as well. No matter the scenario (room service, room cleaning, breakfast,...). The staff was always extremely kind and accommodating.

This is not really the hotel's fault, though it would be nice if they would keep an eye on it in the future: When passing the swimming pool one night, we saw that there were some people going into the swimming pool with their clothes on. I noticed this is a general thing in the Philippines, where Filipinos tend to just go into the swimming pool with their clothes on which is just extremely disrespectful in my opinion. I wouldn't want to go into the swimming pool after them.

The hotel is super close to the airport and with a supersized Mall 3 min walk from the hotel this was a fabulous stay. We stayed on the Business floor with access to the lounge and ground floor restaurant for diner where the food was 5 star and drinks and staff took care of all our needs . Jun in particular in the lounge in the lounge was super friendly, professional and ensured we had a fabulous stay. The hotel beds, room, restaurant and pool where all high end. The hotel has a spa with a variety of treatments at great prices and my wife enjoyed a wonderful spa experience with Ruby who did a great facial. Thank you staff at the hotel for a wonderful six night experience.

The breakfast could have been better, there were minimal healthy protein options and the presentation was lacking on some dishes. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable, the location is a bit out of the way.

The lounge singer was horrific on the first night of our stay - it was very unpleasant and because the noise filled the entire bar and lobby area there was nowhere else to go to relax unless outside into the sweltering heat. I would recommend you raise the standard of musical acts for a venue of this calibre. The lobby and lounge area feels a bit dated and could use a refresh.

We had a great stay at the Radisson because it's a beautiful venue. The staff is very friendly including Charisa (front desk), Alexander (breakfast & dining at Feria), and Ruby the massage therapist. Kenneth at the entrance of the hotel always greeted us with a smile. And the guards who standby between the Radisson and SM were also very polite. One held an umbrella to prevent the kids from getting rained on when we visited SM. I wish I could remember all the names of those who we interacted with that provided excellent service! My wife and I had our wedding reception here in 2012 so it was special for us to come back and bring our kids too.

We found a couple of bugs in our bathroom during our 10 day stay so I would recommend some pest control. It's the summer here in a tropical climate so maybe not a whole lot that can be done about it.

The staff are amazing in the hotel. The Christmas decorations were outstanding. I was not expecting all the Christmas festive spirit when I arrived 😀. I would recommend the hotel to anybody travelling from Ireland 🇮🇪.

I booked the taxi through booking.com before I arrived just because I was a bit unsure. It cost me almost 4 times the amount that it would have cost me if I just got one at the airport. 1500 peso to the hotel through the transfer. 400 peso on the way back. Sometimes when you don’t have the experience with the area it’s better to go with the transfer but Cebu seemed safe enough even though there is a very high volume of poverty.

I felt very safe at this hotel. It is conveniently located across the road from a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants. The facility itself is expansive and beautiful, and the hotel staff were excellent. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured modern amenities. Overall, it was a very pleasant.

The only flight available had me arriving in Cebu near midnight. I booked the hotel room knowing I would not reach there until after midnight and asked if they would accommodate me with an early check-in. I was told it would depend on availability. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to pay for an extra day due to my early check-in, which was frustrating as this could have been communicated in the email to prepare me for the added charge. To compensate, they offered me a late check-out.

The beds are very comfortable, the pool is very nice and relaxing. The hotel security is very professional, nice and helpful. Very good location right next to SM city mall

On our first stay, our room cards were desactives automatically before check out time, same as our second time when we extended our stay. We had to go out quickly and buy some medicine in the mall before check out time, and we found out the cards were deactivated. The hassle of going down again to the reception desk to activate it was annoying and gave us discomfort, as we were not feeling well.

The location was nice. Beds were very comfortable and the 24hr room service was excellent and food was amazing with decent price! Showers were really nice! There’s a mall literally next door with everything you can imagine!! The live music was very relaxing and very spacious area for people to sit & enjoy the ambiance!!

I stayed on the business lounge floor. I was asked to change my shoe type and noticed other people with the same shoes I was asked to change from. When I mentioned it, they stated they did not see them but did not correct the issue. They charge for local calls.

Long wait at the reception. Extended our stay, got an approval to stay on the same room for second night but next day had to stand again at the reception for the same process and had to repeat last conversation with the man in charge a day before which means no proper conversation and no forwarded information for the next person on duty which is stressful after a whole day coming from a hospital. More work for the guest back and forth at the reception due to lack of information. Other than that, housekeeping service is better than our last week stay, kid also seen as guest and towels and toothbrush provided for 3 people as booked unlike before. Will be back again next week.

Clean and comfortable, food was tasty and big portions in the outlets.
