The room smells good and clean! I absolutely love the bed and mattress and they have a smart tv. This hotel is super value for money and can rival other big resorts in bantayan. Location is very good. And the staff are superb, very attentive, and courteous. This will be my go to hotel for my husband and I since we visit bantayan almost 3-4x in a year. Will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Just no elevator. It doesn’t really bother us but if I bring my senior parents to bantayan as much as I love to book this hotel I can’t, due to my mom’s mobility issues.

Anahaw is a beautifully maintained mini hotel that offers comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. While Anahaw doesn't serve lunch or dinner and offers a simple breakfast menu, its prime location makes up for it—popular restaurants like Redflag and Thai-phoon are just around the corner. You’ll also find a nearby kiosk selling delicious roasted chicken, pork belly, and some of the best fried chicken just a short walk away. For barbecue lovers, Briz BBQ is only an 8-minute stroll from Amihan, and MJ Square is also within easy walking distance. Although Anahaw doesn't offer shuttle services for pick-up or drop-off, transportation is very accessible. The hotel is just a 5-minute ride from the port via tricycle, car, or motorbike. For those looking to add a bit of adventure to their vacation, bikes, motorbikes, and even mini van are available for rent—perfect for exploring the beauty of Bantayan Island at your own pace. One of our favorite features is the rooftop—a perfect chill spot for the whole family. It’s quiet, airy, and offers a stunning view of the sea, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the island breeze. And for those who love to travel light, convenient laundry shops are also nearby, so you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. For clealiness, excellent service and has the best location without costing you a fortune, Anahaw Seaside Inn is the best choice for you.

What we didn’t like was the bed—it’s a bit firm and might affect the sleeping position for those with back problems. The smell from the toilet can also be bothersome at times, but it usually goes away. This is somewhat expected, as the island has known septic system limitations. That said, these minor issues didn’t bother us at all. Our overall experience was so positive that these small things were easily outweighed by everything we loved about our stay.

We had a great stay at Anahaw Seaside Inn! The building is new, and all the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. There are also lots of tricycles parked right outside the inn, which made it super convenient to get around. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety each morning. Most importantly, the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made a big difference. Highly recommended!

There are a few areas that could be improved. There was no place to hang wet clothes after swimming, which would have been helpful given the beachside location. The toilet seat was also a bit inconvenient as it closes too quickly—even while still in use. Additionally, while mugs are provided in the room, there were no spoons, which made it a bit tricky to prepare coffee or other hot drinks.

The place is like 20 steps away from the beach, the place is neat and clean. The food is good, well prepared and proper food handling was observed at all times. Most importantly THE STAFF ,they were very approachable, well-mannered, and accommodating. During our stay ,we sometimes go back to the hotel late but the staff, they always waited for us patiently and they always made us feel safe and well respected. I would highly recommend this placed. It is worth every penny. Thank you so much to the sfaff for looking after us and our needs.

So the hotel is in the tourist area of the island ,in the heart i can say.The room was very big ,clean with big balcony .The bathroom was perfect .The breakfast was very good and you can choose your type also i had my breakfast in the room .Wifi was 10/10 so i can work very easy .The staff was very helpful and nice .Also i rent a moto from the hotel in a good price .Everything was great ,one of the best choices i have made for this trip .

Everything!!! 10 as a rating is underrated, 100% rating for me! 1) Location is very accessible to restaurants, pharmacies and basic necessities. 2) Staff are exceptional! Very accommodating, helpful and courteous. 3) Room is huge and very clean!!! The beds are huge, sheets are crisp and clean. All amenities in the room were fully functional (ac, hair dryer, safe and etc). 4) Rooftop is a very nice place to chill at night and in the morning. They have hammocks there! It has great view of the sea too! 5) Toilet is very tidy - shower gel and shampoo were provided too! 6) Breakfast food - it’s filling! Prepped neatly and is tasty! Everything was delightful!!! 7) Exceptional service - I appreciate the following a lot: - for letting us check-in earlier than 1pm free of charge as we arrived around 11am - for answering all queries we had - for cooking my brown rice since I could not eat white rice - that was a life saver for me ☺️ Overly satisfied with our stay here!!!! We will surely be back and will definitely recommend!

This property was amazing! The location was right near the main strip of Santa Fe, with easy access to all the bars, restaurants and literally right on the doorstep of the beach. The room was tidy, had filtered water, beds were comfortable and we even had a balcony looking over the ocean (plus a hammock to relax in!). Plus to top it all off, the staff were incredible. Super friendly, attentive to all our needs and assisted with everything from things to do on Bantayan Island to hiring us their scooters (which were in great condition). I couldn’t recommend this property enough if you’re staying in Santa Fe!

Nothing whatsoever, it was a really pleasant stay.

Location itself was a 5 minute walk away from Santa Fe’s MJ square. You’ll have tricycle drivers ready and waiting outside during the daytime. Loved the rooftop hammocks / lounge chairs. Rooms were clean, stayed cool, working fridge, good wifi, etc. Breakfast was great - you order a la carte but a fair selection of Filipino and Western. Staff were super helpful with booking us onward connections to Cebu city. Beach towels available if you ask staff. There are also bikes and scooters for you to borrow / rent.

The bathrooms are “wet bathrooms” (ie no shower curtains) but actually dries very quickly.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Our experience was much like the good reviews already posted. We had a ground floor room with a terrace. There is a breakfast of several choices. A couple of tricycle drivers sit outside the property all day so they can take you anywhere for a reasonable price. The beach south of the ferry terminal is a 1 minute walk from the property. There is a basic Australian bar and a cheap restaurant with a nice coloured outdoor seating there. The main restaurants are about a 7 minute walk away. Kota beach is a 15 minute walk away.
