I loved my stay at Nacho. I was met with the warmest welcome from the staff. Every single person I interacted with – from reception to housekeeping – was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They provided local tips, helped me plan day trips, bring everyone together for the happy hour, fun Kareoke nights and even made food for us on New Years. I don't know the gentleman's name that looks after the hostel but he was a gem! Thank you so much! The hostel is a bit far from the CBD but the surrounding areas boasts several malls perfect for grabbing essentials or local food. My room was minimal but fairly spacious, aircon worked well, the shower pressure isn't great but it does have warm water. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing and the bar/common area was great.

My room is next to a local village so I was woken up by the roosters at 5am everyday. The rooms have no wifi and no mobile signal. There's wifi at reception or the common area only.

I cannot think of something I dislike, the place was magical

ALMOST EVERYTHING >Nacho is a really nice hostel with clean big rooms and good common area. >It’s affordable for everyone and it’s worthy. >Most of the staffs are young boys and girls and they were so nice persons like friends. >So far the hostel gives free breakfast (a decent crepe) and free drinks during happy-hour and it was amazing. >You can also order food here and they cooked really nice dishes. >I really enjoyed my time here in Nacho as I made a lot of friends. We shared our stories and we made our memories.

Probably the location, but everything was nearby and on hand

The staff is very friendly and committed to helping when needed. The location is ok, but a bit far away from the port and even further from the airport. The food was amazing and affordable. They also have a bar and free drinks for an hour daily. The rooms are big enough and clean.

We could only pay in cash, which was a bit annoying, considering that even though the ATM was outside the hostel and easy to access, you were charged for withdrawing money. Showers didn't have hot water, but it didn't matter because of the hot weather. Though the water pressure could have been better.

i loved my stay in nacho. the vibe was nice, it has pool and the staff are nice. location is a bit distant from the city. only gave 9/10 because of our check in incident. they did not inform that they would require 2 valid ids upon checking in. we were not allowed to check in, i think we were in the reception for 2 hours asking them to please allow us since we have other ids, its just not government issued(school/company id). eventually the allowed us, but it took 2 hours. we were just at the reception trying and begging them to consider.

Nacho Hostel is a surprising property in such an interesting spot in Cebu. I wish it was somewhere closer to Cebu City. The facilities were great to enjoy a nice stay before exploring the south of Cebu. The food was okay, but the hostel was just a short walk away from malls to dine in. The staff was very accommodating and even helped me find a misplaced towel that I had left behind more than 50 days ago and went through the trouble of sending it to me! The WiFi was very fast and made working by the common area easy. I will always highly recommend Nacho Hostel because you really get SO MUCH MORE than what you paid for!

There's honestly not much to dislike. I only really dislike the fact that Nacho Hostel isn't in Cebu City.

The hostel has a lot of space and fun to stay at - has a great bar with menu to choose from, drinks, also open bar every day. There is a pool and sunbeds to relax. The rooms are clean and the beds are really good The hostel provides lockers and it is safe to stay there The staff is really friendly and nice

the internet is only in the bar area so if you need to work or study - it is problematic. There is a lounge area but the internet is not working there, also, no internet in the rooms (which is actually ok)

I spent one night as an in-between spot for Cebu and Moalboal. I chose it because the bus to Moalboal passes right by the street in front of the hostel, so it was convenient for not having to go to the South Bus Terminal in the morning. The hostel has a pool, but I didn't use it. There was a locker outside the room if you wanted to keep store something, but otherwise the rooms were quite basic and there's no big locker on the inside.

The room I was in was a little musty, but was better when the AC was turned on. It was a little dead when I was there, but I don't know if this was the place for partying anyway.

Staff is super nice and helpful. The beds and rooms and super spacious and comfortable. Common area and bar are also very good. Loved the karaoke. Super entertaining :)

There’s no wifi in the rooms. Saturday nights there’s a DJ playing music until 12am. Very loud, couldn’t get much sleep on that day. After the music stopped some people stayed downstairs talking very loud and shouting… I guess there’s no quiet time? Went downstairs at 3.30 am and there was still some people drinking and using the pool, making noise. Maybe it was just a one time situation, but it happened during my stay and I didn’t get any sleep that night. The location is not the best. There’s not much things to do in Cebu city. The hostel is good for just a layover kind of stay.
