The facility is very nice ( just need more maintenance to keep the fresh ambiance ). Great pool. The unit comes with 2 bedrooms. The 1st room was double deck bed plus an extra bed (total of 3), the second room has a double size bed. Both air-conditioned. The unit has a kitchen, private cr, a round dining table, and a sofa. With a small flat screen tv with a cable, and a great connection of wifi. Cold and hot shower. We enjoyed the amenities.

My honest review will be...the location is a bit far from any transportations if you expect for a quick ride and a budget friendly ride since there's only private cars which was a bit pricey i must say. (But there are buses at the main road where you need to walk a bit but not advisable if you're carrying a lot of things. Specially if they are heavy.) The interior needs an update and repairs. I also think that the curtains and sofa cover needs maintenance too to keep the room fragrant and a thicker blankets. But overall was a great stay. It was wonderful actually! Thank you very much ma'am and sir.

The pool and the gym were both in good condition. The room had a full kitchen and fridge/freezer. The location is kind of close to some malls and the casino and not too far from SM seaside. The property is big and there are empty roads nearby for bicycle riding. You can walk around the property or play basketball. There are a lot of options for light exercise.

The sheets and towels had a bad smell like they were left wet for too long, meaning they are probably air dried instead of machine dried. Ants and bugs everywhere. Especially in the bathroom. As it's in a new development, there aren't any convenience stores or really anything that's closer than a 10 or 15 minute walk. Communication with the owner was spotty. There is an extra fee for 'transients' that you have to pay into the machine, the security guards can explain. The machine doesn't take coins so you will need paper bills, especially a 20 peso paper bill, not coins.

I liked the environment, it's so clean and it's peaceful and perfect for destressing. You can see the CCLEX and the SM Seaside from a distance. There is a gym and a pool, yet I was not sure if we can use them for free. As for the unit, it is complete with an electric stove, the ref, a small cooking area, dining table, shower is good with fast flowing water, that taking a shower is not a problem at all. It's comfy to sleep on the bed as well.

It took us much time staying at the entrance while waiting for the unit owner to respond to our messages. They won't let you in unless you know the unit number, plus the transient fee which I did not understand what the inclusions are. It's peaceful there, yet quite far from the highway and transportation is quite a problem.

The quietness of the place allows us to relax and rest. The place is suitable for travellers who travelled from afar and needed to rest to continue the long journey the following day. I booked an hour before our arrival, the management immediately responded me. Though upon arrival, there was a lapse in the giving of room assignment but nonetheless, we are accommodated. The guards are also accommodating and friendly. It there is an opportunity for us to visit Cebu City, Sanremo Oasis Condominium is our preferred place so that we can enjoy the swimming pool facility. I really love the place. Ethel and Grace did a great job on the front desk. They made sure we have everything we needed, we called several times in the front desk and they were soo accommodating. Aileen and Evelyn our room attendant did a fantastic job with our room, they delivered everything we ask and made sure we we’re comfortable. The restaurant is great they were open 24 hours so you won’t ever go hungry. all in all it was 5 stars for everyone!

It's close to the ocean park , seaside and events place. There are cars, taxis and grabcars outside which you can rent to go to places. They are also really strict in the condo so security is good. You can also use the amenities and the room is really nice for a group.

The water delivery takes time, it's better to buy everything in the grocery.

The place was cozy, perfect for our little family. It's location was also perfect since it's near the venue of the event that we were attending. The staff of the building was also accommodating, even the neighbor assisted us. The owner was responsive and was open to our requests. All in all, a good place to stay at. ☺️

It was close to my sisters house, the host was easy to work with on a couple, they made right with a little walk you can get food ready to eat Swimming pool was real nice The Security Guards were nice and polite

They were working on the first unit I was suppose to be in so they found me one I could stay in
