-Location was prime for going into town at night, and accessible to all the excursions. -The staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. -Booking tours through the hotel was better than doing it via online services like viator and such.

-The breakfast was overpriced for what you could get in town for 1/2 the costs. -The aircon in the room dramatically dried us out at night, leading to feeling groggy in the morning. -Decent amount of mosquitos in the room, would have been nice to have a trap or something...

Rooms are big. Pillows soft (finally). Fridge, kettle, aircon, desk and some hanging space. Nice pool with a bar metres away. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Great outdoor eating, drinking and chilling area near pool. Hotel offers scooter rental. The security guard is so helpful, and so were all the other staff, but the security guy was my favourite. House=keeping service good.

Bathroom needs a good clean (a little mould). No hot shower. Breakfast average and the breakfast restaurant was extremely hot. I walked up to the roof-top and it needs cleaning up as it would be a great spot for a drink at night looking over the whole town. Looks like its currently not used. Pool could be filtered a little more.

Everything! When we got there we were upgraded for free to a balcony room which we loved, it was so nice having our own little space outside so we cant thank you enough for that! The room was big and clean and so nice, bed really comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels and water and coffee which was great. All the staff were so nice too, the pool was good and the restaurant did good pizzas which they give you discount on your first visit, we would definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

The hotel upgraded our room on arrival as the hotel was quite and the staff were really friendly and polite! The room was big and clean and the location was great, also a roof top bar with sun loungers and amazing view even had a sweet dog on the property who was super friendly

Few little snags here and there, no cover on the electrical box in the room and a few exposed wires with no plug on ( above the bed) but still amazing hotel

We liked the rooftop bar, it has some amazing views of Coron. All the staff were lovely, polite and helpful. They booked us a trip of island hopping and coron town tour which were very good!

The breakfast wasn’t great. It was very bland and the meat was off putting. The pool needed to be cleaned everyday & the sun beds need a cushion on them as they’re very hard and uncomfortable to lie on

The staffs are all kind and accommodating. Whenever they see you they ensure to approach you with a smile and greetings. This is the first ever hotel I have experienced very excellent service. They upgraded our room because it’s our anniversary. Nevertheless, with upgrade or not. I will definitely come back here because of their people.

I love everything in the property. There had been an issue with water but it’s all throughout Coron and not the property’s lapses. They provided us mineral water when I called on regarding that. Air conditioner needs a bit of cooling but all in all very good experience with Vienna Hotel.

Clean room, big bed, powerful shower with a bonus nice pool area. Close enough to main area - accesible by cheap tuk tuk to get up the hill from the restaurants and port. Breakfast had good variety before a big day trip.

Air conditioning not that powerful but able to sleep through the night. Think it’s more that the electricity goes off when you leave the room so does the air conditioner and takes a while to cool down. A very steep walk from main road, but tuk tuks readily available and cheap.

Rooms are comfortable

The rooms facing back smelled a lot like sewers. Windows face a wall so there is no sunlight.

Staff member was very welcoming. Texted the whatsapp group late at night and they managed to book me a transfer to the airport for an early morning not only that, they also prepared my breakfast to go.
